Sameera released a lever on the chair, leaning it back into reclining position, Cat awkwardly following. “Please lay back,” Sameera said placidly, “I’m going to restrain you just for your safety, ok, doll?” Sameera unfurled the stirrups which looked more like padded legs, “please put your feet up.”

Cat looked completely pale. She had been dreading this all along. Her heart sank, “uhm, do I have to? I’m sorry, I thought I was just peeing in a cup.” As she was saying this she had slid to the edge of the chair, her knees gluing together, pulling her gown further down her thighs.

Sameera put her gloved hand on Cat’s knee, “I know it’s scary, but it’ll be over before you know it. We just have to observe, that’s all.” Sameera gave Cat an honest look, “I know it’s embarrassing, but you’ll be ok.”

Cat gulped, “can I just, like, can I just get a minute?”

“I’m sorry, honey, we have to keep going.” Sameera put her warm hand on Cat’s shoulder, “come now, just lay back.”

Cat rigidly lay back and before she knew it Sameera was laying blue medical grade straps against her chest, “please stop” Cat protested, trying to sit up, “wait, please wait.” Cat tried to push Sameera off of her, Sameera just grabbing her wrist and placing it beside her, velcroing it down, too.

“Baby, it’s ok. It’s all okay.” Sameera kept repeating.

“Please, do you have to tie me down?” Cat was near tears as Sameera finally pinned her other hand down, “I’ll cooperate, can you just untie me?”

“I’m sorry sweetie, it’s just protocol.” Sameera said before tying on a blue surgical mask and lifting Cat’s foot into the stirrups and velcroing it down. Cat tried in vain to kick her off the other before the ultimate humiliation of being exposed against her will. She sat just slightly raised in the chair looking between her spread legs, feeling the cold clinic air on her recently exposed shaven privates.

“You okay, baby?”

Cat’s face was red and she shook her head, “please..” she said exasperated, “can I just take a break? Please?”

“That’s just not possible, but when this is over I’ll give you a little breather, how about that?” Sameera said, taking a tray from the cabinet. “I’m just going to take the urine sample first. Do you think you could pee for me?”

Cat gulped, shaking her head.

“Are you sure?”

Cat nodded, “Yeah, I, uh, I get nervous.”

“That’s okay, honey,” Sameera said, “I’m just going to collect it when I take the pap smear. You’ll feel me touch you, now, I’m just taking a few swabs around the labia and vagina.”

Cat felt Sameera spread her lips and run the cotton swab around genitals. She felt like she was going to die, breathing heavily and looking up at the ceiling as Sameera ran the cotton swab over her clitoris.

“Now you’ll feel me inside.”

“No, please,” Cat said, but it was too late and Sameera had already pressed the dry swab deep into her vagina, turning it a few times before placing it into a test tube.

“You see, not so bad?” Sameera said, picking up a metal collins speculum, “you’ll just feel some pressure.”

“Wait, please!” Cat exclaimed nonstop as she felt the collins speculum come to her hole and then plunge into it, the cold metal feeling so large that it almost made her sick, her vaginal walls aching. Her tight, glistening genitals were spread open now, her asshole clenching, her stomach heaving in and out like she’d been stabbed.

“Good girl,” Sameera cood. Cat couldn’t believe that she had ever trusted this woman, and now she was spread eagle and spread out like this, feeling the cool clinic air inside. “I’m just going to open it now.”

Cat felt the speculum opening and a burning sensation ripped through her pelvis, “wait, wait, it hurts! You’re going to tear me, please!”

“Shh, it’ll be better if you relax,” Sameera said, patting Cat’s thigh, turning around in her swivel chair. “I’m just going to disinfect the area, ok? And then I’ll put the catheter in. Don’t worry.”

“The catheter?” Cat’s eyes widened and she strained against the restraints. Sameera spread the smelly yellow disinfectant over her labia and she nearly screamed.

“I’m just going to inject some lube into your urethra,” Sameera said, taking a small syringe. Cat had never been aware of her urethra before, but could feel the plastic right on her most intimate parts, and then the feeling of having to pee, but weirder, more oily, and she cried out and gulped as lube began to drip out of her weird little pink hole.

“Now i’m just going to put the tube in,” Sameera said, “please pant for me, ok? Like a dog. It’ll make it a lot easier.”

“What?” Before Cat could protest anymore she felt the rounded head of the catheter at her inflexible opening and began to pant rapidly. She squeezed her eyes shut as she felt the small rubber tube pass up through her piss hole. Sameera twisted it around when it encountered some resistance before pushing it into her bladder. Cat let out a helpless yelp. She had never been penetrated deep in her stomach before and her head spun and she felt like she was going to pass out. Cat opened her eyes and strained her neck to see the yellow tube emerging from her crotch and the horrible metal contraption holding her vagina open. She let out an almost defeated moan, “take it out,” she pleaded, “please?”

“Soon, I’m just going to open the valve,” Nurse Sameera opened the valve and Cat felt her bladder empty. The feeling of peeing and not controlling it was so horrific that she let out another pained moan as her bladder emptied completely through the tube into the plastic cup. “All done.” Sameera said, putting a cap on the collection vessel and letting the tube hang between Cat’s legs.

“I’m going to take a sample from your cervix and then flush the whole area. You need to be clean inside and out, ok?’ Sameera lifted the catheter which made Cat yelp. She thought she felt it in her kidneys. She attached it to the side of Cat’s thigh with some medical tape. Cat was so embarrassed with the tube hanging out of her like this, “I’m just going to put this here for now, ok?”
