As Anna bent over the exam couch once again, her heart began beating madly as she thought about the needle that would soon bite into her and flood her delicate flesh with a new vaccine serum. Would it burn or sting like she expected? Her nervous anticipation reached a crescendo as the air was punctuated with the strong antiseptic smell of surgical spirit and the cold cotton wool hit her skin awakening every nerve as the doctor thoroughly cleaned her skin with the alcohol wipe.

Dr Jeffries gripped Anna's already bruised and swollen bottom and stretched her skin in preparation to administer the HPV vaccine by the Z track method. He positioned the needle about half an inch above where he had given her the antibiotic and gently pressed so that Anna could feel the sharpness of the 18 gauge needle before it bored into her tender flesh.

Anna whimpered and panted hard as he slowly pushed the needle deep into her muscle and the serum was gradually but forcefully introduced, producing a lasting burn as it settled deep within her. Finally he pinched the tender knot that the injection had created and slowly removed the needle, discarding it into the yellow sharps bucket.

"Good girl Anna. Just relax now and I will give you what you asked for"

He pushed the nozzle of the lubricant syringe into Anna's expectant ring and a sizable dose of the cold jelly shot inside her making her squeal.
