Dr Woods confidently strutted round the room gathering the items he needed and placing them on the mahogany trolley next to the examination couch upon which Eleanor was still lying, legs splayed open with her glistening sex and puckered anus fully on display.

"Just relax dear, we are nearly done here" Soon, he released the blades of the speculum and the metal contraption slid out of her and he placed it back on the trolley before reaching for a wooden box.

The label on the box read "Young's rectal dilators" and Eleanor saw as the box was opened that it contained four phallic shaped items of graduated size ranging from small to eye wateringly large.

Eleanor watched nervously as the doctor used more of the scented oil he had used on her cervix and liberally coated the smallest of the dilators before lining it up with her anus and pushing it inside in one smooth fluid motion.

When the oil began to burn the inside of her tender hole, Eleanor immediately and involuntarily tensed but she quickly realised that doing so was a huge mistake as it only made the burn in her rear even more intense. Eleanor would have loved to have spat out a few choice phrases but knowing that it would lead to another hard spanking, she thought better of it. "Another position change Eleanor. You're doing really well."

Eleanor was guided onto the first table, the one where she had been given the enemas and once again, she found herself supported in a kneeling position with her bottom thrust in the air.

The Doctor liberally coated the third Dilator and after fingering her tender hole a few times, he edged it against her waiting sphincter and gently began to tap and twist, spiraling the heavy torpedo shaped instrument whilst gradually increasing pressure against her anus until she slowly relaxed and opened up enough for him to slide the full length and girth into her whilst she panted and moaned.
