Svetlana, Lisa and Clarissa, are inmates in a reform school, get their gynecological exam. A stern, unfriendly, male, misogynistic doctor, maximum humiliating examination.

The story begins with the three girls entering the exam room nude and taking their positions on the tables, setting themselvs up for the pelvic exam, nude and uncovered on three identical examination tables. The positioning is described in detail. The girls place their legs in knee stirrups and close the velcro "security straps" themselves.

The story has a detailed description of their undignified position in the knee stirrups, the atmosphere, the tables. Those examinations are mandatory for all inmates once a week, and the girls suspect that the exam is also done as a discipline measure and as a tool to break them and not only helping their health. All of the girls are familiar with the procedure and know what is expected from them. The three girls have different levels of dread for the exam, their thoughts are explicitly and verbosely described. They're trying to soothe each other by talking about the exam.

The doctor examines each girl in turn. A girl introduces herself when the doctor comes to her to do the exam. She has to explicitly ask for a thorough pelvic exam.

The examination is described as painful and uncomfortable. The doctor does not use lubrication jelly, and he makes derogatory remarks about the girls as he examines the pussies. There is some dialogue during the examinations. While the girls get aroused during the exam, they are not supposed to let the doctor know. After the examination, the girls have to stay in position for a few minutes until school staff allows them to go off the stirrups.
