You are brave for requesting, among other diagnostic measures, a rectal exploration. Most female patients try (the try in vain, but they try) to avoid this embarrassing procedure. But as a smart girl you know very well that a deep and thorough rectal examination is an essential und mandatory part of every gynecological checkup worth its name.

Now, unfortunately, it is not possible to fulfill your online request because vaginal and rectal explorations cannot be done via the internet. Please feel free to make a doctor´s appointment at a local gyno clinic of your choice. If you ever should visit Germany or a neighboring country I would be glad to examine you personally, but you should not wait until then. So, please hurry up and make your appointment at your gyno clinic next door.

Concerning the “rear” aspect of your examination you should be prepared that the doctor will possibly (and I would strongly recommend him to do so) not only perform a digital palpation and a speculum exploration of your rectum but also a rigid sigmoidoscopy. In order to prepare you for this necessary part of your examination the nursing staff – supervised by the doctor himself – will administer a high colonic enema. After receiving the laxative solution you will have to stay another 15 minutes in your position until the inflatable enema nozzle will be released und you will be ordered to perform your forced defecation on a special medical toilet chair. Don´t be shy, the nurses will be with you during this procedure.

Please don´t forget to carry your International Vaccination Certificate with you when visiting the gyno clinic. The doctor will study your vaccination record very carefully and, after doing so, decide which booster injections should be given or, If necessary, which basic immunizations should be performed.

Unfortunately this lot of injections will be given into your gorgeous buttocks (they are gorgeous, I presume). This will hurt a little, but you are a brave girl that will bear even the most painful shots like a soldier. And you are a smart girl knowing that this shots are for your own good because receiving them is the only way for you to gain a complete immunization against severe diseases like tetanus, polio, diphtheria, measles, rubiola, hepatits A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, pertussitis, yellow feaver (if you ever should travel to southern America), and HPV. There are also seasonal shots which should be administered at least once a year e.g. against flu, covid, and rsv. Perhaps the doctor from now on will give you a recall every month in order to perform all the vaccinations you might need.

You are a brave girl, and thus you will not cry, beg, or struggle while experiencing the burning pain of these injections. And you are a smart girl knowing that there is no other way than to obey and to accept doctor´s orders. I do not know the rules in your country, but I fear that instead of a good old-fashioned otk hand spanking (as I would perform In such a case), in countries like Singapore, Vietnam & Thailand you could receive a traditional rattan caning when not behaving perfectly well during the vaccination procedure.
