The alarm goes off, waking Arielle from a deep, restful slumber. If there is one thing dance class does, it almost guarantees a good night’s sleep for her.

She heads to the bathroom and takes a quick shower. Since she has had laser hair removal done, no need to shave her underarms, legs, or bikini area. After toweling off, she applies a body lotion with an SPF of 50, and it leaves a slight sheen on her silky smooth, soft, flawless skin. After giving her shiny, long, thick black hair a quick blow dry, she applies face cream, which also has an SPF of 50.

Arielle heads to her bedroom to get dressed for work. First she dons a matching red bra and panty set. It is made of a shiny microfiber material, the bra has low cut cups, showing off the cleavage of her beautiful, firm 34C breasts. The thong panties are low cut, showing off her pancake flat, firm lower abdomen, the waistline only a few inches above her bare mons. She puts a pantiliner made for thong panties onto the crotch of the panties before pulling them up. Next she sits down and pulls on a pair of sheer, shiny suntan colored thigh top stockings. The tops of the stockings come all the way up to the very tops of her thighs, almost touching her crotch. The stockings are a nylon/spandex blend. She only wears pantyhose with her skirts and dresses during the winter to help keep her a little warmer, less drafty compared to stockings. She also wears pantyhose with her spandex booty shorts for dance class, as the studio is often chilly. The rest of the year it is stockings only! Next she decides to wear the new burgundy red, leather pencil skirt she bought last week. It is finally cool enough outside to wear it now. She zips up the back, the hem of the skirt is about four inches above her knees, and has an offset slit in the front, right over her right thigh. When she sits, if she crosses her right leg over her left leg, several inches of her sexy as hell thigh is on display. The waistband of the skirt is a couple inches below her navel. Since it is a pencil style skirt, it is snug fitting and hugs her curves. Next up, she puts on a shiny black, figure hugging, sleeveless silk top, which is cut low enough to show a hint of her cleavage. The hem of the top lands just at the waistband of her skirt, if she were to raise up her arms, an inch or two of her firm, tight abdomen would show. She then puts on a fitted black blazer, it has a slight sheen due to the material it is made of, it hugs her breasts, her small, trim waist and hips perfectly. Lastly, she sits down again and puts on the new high heels she bought to wear with this skirt, the burgundy red color of the heels matches the color of her skirt exactly. She wraps the thin ankle straps of the high heels around her shiny, nylon covered, slender ankles and ties them into small bow knots.

Arielle puts on some light makeup, especially accentuating her dark brown eyes with eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow that compliments the color of her eyes and her olive skin tone. She very lightly spritzes her favorite perfume on her neck and hair. After applying some light pink lip gloss and brushing out her long black hair one more time, she takes a good look at herself in the full length mirror on the back of her door. “Damn, you look stunning in this outfit” she says to herself. The skirt really accentuates her hips and ass, the fitted blazer and skirt really show off her hourglass figure. Her legs are accentuated by the high heels and shiny suntan nylon stockings. Arielle heads to the kitchen, has breakfast and a coffee, brushes her teeth, touches up her lip gloss, then heads off to work, arriving 5 minutes before 8 o’clock.

It has been a busy morning, but around 8:30 Arielle makes the time to call her doctor’s office. She goes into an unoccupied office and closes the door for privacy. Arielle describes her and Adam’s situation, and asks if not only can Adam become a patient at the practice, but can they get appointments to have the forms signed sometime in the next three weeks? The receptionist replies “Well, we can certainly accept Adam as a patient. We are booked solid for the next three weeks, however, this is you and Adam’s lucky day. I just got off the phone about 5 minutes ago with a patient that had scheduled back to back physicals for her two kids. They both got sick last night, so she had to cancel. I was about to call and offer these appointments to other patients, but I can book you and Adam instead. The times are 1:45 and 2:30 this afternoon. You would both be seen by one of our new nurse practitioners. Shall I book the two of you?” Arielle quickly replies “Oh yes, please do, thank you so much. We will be there!” Arielle gives the receptionist Adam’s information, including the name of his now retired doctor. The receptionist says “Okay, you are both all set, see you this afternoon.”

Arielle calls Adam immediately afterwards. She says “I was able to get us appointments this afternoon. You are scheduled for 1:45, and I am scheduled for 2:30. I hope you can make it, they have no other openings in the timeframe we need.” Adam replies “Yeah, I can make it work, I will tell my boss that this is the only appointment I could get on short notice. Are you going to meet me there before I go in?” Arielle says “I think so, I still need to tell my boss about my appointment. I will say I am not sure how long I’ll be gone, but as long as I come back and finish the day, it should be fine.” She gives him the address to the doctor’s office. Adam says “I’ll see you there.”

Arielle talk to her boss, explaining briefly her predicament about the deadline to get a medical clearance form signed so she can compete with the semi professional dance team. She apologizes profusely about the short notice, about how she only found out about this last night, saying that this is literally the only appointment available before the deadline. Her boss chuckles a little bit and says “Slow down, take a breath! It is okay, your attendance is excellent, you are never tardy, you never leave early, you haven’t even called out sick since we hired you. You are all set to go, if you can come back and finish the day, I won’t even charge the time to your PTO. If you can’t, don’t worry, you have plenty of PTO to cover it.” Arielle says “Thank you, I will come in early tomorrow to make sure my work is caught up.” Her boss replies “This is why we hired you, as an intern, you always got your work done, you never missed a deadline. See you later today or tomorrow morning. By the way, congratulations on making the dance team.” Arielle thanks him once more and goes back to her desk.

The time flies, Arielle realizes she needs to leave shortly. She is getting more nervous by the minute. She doesn’t know if she will have to finally submit to her very first Pap test and pelvic exam. Maybe this new nurse practitioner will skip that part, give her a quick checkup and sign her form. After all, she doesn’t know the doctor wanted to give her her first Pap and pelvic after she turned 21. Maybe she will get lucky, she hopes.

Arielle leaves work and arrives at the doctor’s office parking lot at 1:35. She sees Adam’s car and parks next to him. She smiles and he smiles back. She takes a deep breath, and gets out of her car to greet her boyfriend…….
