Ainsley feels the doctor’s gloved fingers parting her puffy outer labia. Her labia minora are small, barely visible when her labia majora are closed together. The doctor gently parts the soft folds of Ainsley’s labia, and palpates them from top to bottom. He checks her vaginal opening, urethra, and clitoral hood, pushing up the hood to check for adhesions to her clitoris. Ainsley shudders a little at the sensation. Satisfied all looks normal, the doctor lowers her clitoral hood, making Ainsley shudder a little once again. She is beginning to feel a little tingling sensation building in her lower abdomen. Being so exposed to the doctor, combined with the intimate touching, is making her start to feel aroused, much to her dismay.

The doctor says “You are doing well Ainsley, for the next part I am going to partially insert my index finger into your vagina to check for urinary incontinence, and also to check the depth and angle of your cervix for the speculum exam. Continue to take slow, deep breaths and relax.” As the doctor slowly slips his index finger into Ainsley’s tight vagina, Ainsley gasps a little and lifts her hips slightly. The doctor parts her labia with his other hand to visualize her urethra, then he rotates the vaginal finger so the pad of his finger is facing up. He gently presses his finger up and “milks” her urethra, and tells Ainsley “Now cough hard a couple times.” Ainsley complies with two hard coughs. The doctor says “Very good, no stress incontinence. Now just checking your cervix.”

Ainsley feels the doctor’s finger push deeper into her womanhood, and the tingling sensation continues to increase. She feels so embarrassed and ashamed of how she is getting turned on by this exam, and she prays that the doctor can’t tell. Ainsley sees the nurse preparing the speculum and Pap collection supplies. She watches in nervous anticipation as the nurse is lightly lubricating the bills of the small speculum, then she pushes in the battery powered light into the handle, causing the speculum to illuminate like a bright light bulb. Then the nurse drops a large dollop of lubricant onto a paper towel on the Mayo stand, next to the waiting speculum and Pap supplies.

The doctor slowly removes his finger and says “Okay Ainsley, now for the speculum exam and Pap test. When I insert the speculum, you may feel some pressure or slight cramping. The more you can relax, especially your abdominal, vaginal, and thigh muscles, the less pressure you’ll feel. Remember to take slow, deep breaths.” She sees the nurse hand the doctor the illuminated duck bills. “Okay Ainsley, you will feel me touching you now.” She feels him parting her labia again. “Now the speculum, I will be slow and gentle.”

Ainsley feels hard plastic against her vaginal opening, then the bills slowly being pushed into her. As the speculum pushes deeper into her small, tight, virgin vagina, she gasps a little and lifts her hips slightly. She closes her eyes and curls her nylon covered toes, the shiny black, opaque nylon anklet socks looking glossy under the bright lights. Ainsley feels the speculum bottom out, and the blades being rotated. The doctor says “I will be opening the speculum, you may feel more pressure and possibly some mild cramping. I will only open the speculum enough to be able to visualize your cervix and take the samples.” Ainsley feels the bills begin to open. She feels and hears each click of the locking handle, her vagina being stretched open as never before, the pressure becoming more intense with each click. Her toes are curled tightly, her chiseled calves tense up, and she moans a little in discomfort. She has never felt so stretched out before down there. Finally the doctor stops after the fourth click and says “You are doing well, I am going to take the samples now, first the endocervical sample with this little long handled brush. You may feel some cramping and a scraping sensation, it will be over quickly.” She sees the long handled brush as the doctor lowers it toward her wide open vagina. She feels a slight pinch and a cramp as the brush penetrates her cervical os, then a scraping sensation as the doctor rotates the brush a few times to collect a good sample. Ainsley says “Oooh, that hurts a little.” The doctor says “That sample is done, the next two you may not even feel.” The doctor hands the brush to the nurse, who swishes it in a small, liquid filled cup. The doctor says “Now for the next sample, you might only feel a small scraping sensation with this one, the first sample was the worst part.” Ainsley feels a slight scrape as the doctor rotates the cytobroom on her outer cervical opening. After handing that one off to the nurse, who swishes the sample into the cup, the doctor says “Now for the last sample, just a long handled fat q-tip, you probably won’t even feel this one.” The doctor was right, Ainsley doesn’t feel a thing as he swabs the vaginal pool right below her cervix. Handing off the last sample to the nurse, the doctor says “You did very good staying relaxed, now I am going to slowly close and remove the speculum.” Ainsley feels the pressure of the open speculum diminish as the doctor slowly closes the speculum partially, while he visually examines her vaginal walls. Ainsley feels the bills slide slowly out of her tight vagina, feeling a big sense of relief when the speculum was finally out of her.

The doctor rolls back from between Ainsley’s wide open legs and stands up, handing the nurse the soiled speculum, who then removes the battery powered light, placing the battery on the charger on the counter, then she tosses the evil duck bills into the biohazard bin. She screws a cap onto the small cup containing her Pap samples, puts it into a plastic bag, and seals the bag closed. The doctor removes the white nitrile glove from his left hand, tosses it into the trash can, then uses his left hand to switch off the LED lamp and swing it back out of the way. The doctor tells Ainsley “Now for the internal bimanual vaginal exam. I am going to insert two gloved, lubricated fingers into your vagina, and check your cervix, uterus, and ovaries with my other hand on your lower abdomen. You may feel some pressure, and some slight discomfort as I press down. Just keep breathing deeply and stay as relaxed as possible.” Ainsley sees him dip his index and middle fingers of his right hand into the big dollop of lube, then spread it all over his fingers with his thumb. She is just now noticing how long and thick the doctor’s fingers are, she thinks “Holy shit, TWO of those fingers are going into me?!” The doctor notices Ainsley close her legs while he was lubricating his fingers. He says “Ainsley, let your knees fall open all the way to the sides again, like you did before.” Embarrassed, she complies, opening her legs obscenely wide once again. He steps back in between Ainsley’s wide open, outstretched legs, and says “Okay Ainsley, you will feel me touching you now, take a slow, deep breath and relax.”
