Millie sat nervously in the waiting room biting her nails and shaking her leg. How was she going to tell the doctor that she was experiencing discomfort down there. It’s going to be okay, she kept telling herself, they’re professionals, they see this kind of stuff all the time. Her palms were sweaty, glancing constantly at the time and time getting closer to approaching her exact appointment time.“Emily Sanders” a nurse called out, Millie gulped and stood up. “Right this way Miss Sanders” the nurse said smiling and directing her to a private consultation room. “The Dr will be with you momentarily, please change into the gown and just remove your top clothing, you can leave your underwear on”. Millie awkwardly walked into the room and as the nurse shut the door, changed into the blue gown, removing her top and bra.Knock knock. The most handsome young doctor entered the room, he was tall with brown hair, tanned skin and dark brown eyes, he was athletic and of a latina descent. “Good morning Ms Sanders, I’m Dr. Lopez it’s a pleasure to meet you” he stated as he shook Millie’s hand. Millie felt herself sweating even more at the fact he was a young attractive physician. “Take a seat, what can I help you with today?” He asked leading her to a black leather table with a plastic sheet on top of it. “I um.. it’s embarassing for me to say but I am having some issues down there” Millie stuttered.“Okay… do you mind telling me what kind of issues?” Dr Lopez questioned. Millie looked down at her feet in complete embarrassment. “I’ve been having some pain, in my butt and my lady area”. After taking her blood pressure he recorded it and checked her temperature. He then pulled out a stethoscope “okay I’m just going to have a listen to your heart and lungs and check everything’s okay, just take some deep breaths in and out for me”. Millie breathed heavily, “are you nervous?” Dr Lopez asked with a smirk on his face “A little” Millie replied taking a deep breath. “Yeah your heart rate is a little fast”He continued to take her obs. “Miss Sanders, have you had a breast exam before?” “Err… no I haven’t” Millie replied nervously, “I think I should just quickly have a look at them, just to make sure there’s no lesions,lumps signs of tumours or pain or anything like that. Don’t worry I’ll be nice and gentle” Dr Lopez stated. Millie nodded her head and tried to calm herself down as Dr Lopez gently pulled her gown apart and started massaging her breasts. He tugged at her nipples and circled her breasts applying pressure and squeezing. After a few minutes he stopped “Everything looks fantastic there, absolutely no cause for concern, nipples are intact, there’s no discharge coming out, everything’s looking great”. God that felt great for Millie.“Okay, Emily now comes the scary part, I have some tools here, there’s nothing to be scared off okay, these tools are just going to help me have a look inside the orafices where you have been experiencing a little bit of pain. I’ve got some lube, a couple of speculums, a couple of injections for your pain and just some probes okay?” The Dr calmly explained, “Now I’m going to get you to lie down and look straight up at the roof there okay? And just relax for me.”Millie heard as the Dr snapped on a pair of latex gloves and switched on and pulled a light close to her vagina. “Okay just gonna remove your underwear can you lift your bottom up for me and we’ll have a little peak at your vagina first”. Millie did as she was instructed. “Great alright, let’s see what’s going on here” he said as Millie’s whole body tingled. She felt him disecting and pulling apart her labia, she flinched a little at the pain. “Any pain on the outside here?” Dr Lopez asked, “a little on the top” Millie stuttered “okay well might inject some pain relief just into the top there, but I’m going to have a feel around inside”.He squirted some lube onto the finger and inserted a finger into her vaginal opening. “Good everything feels and looks great, you have a really beautiful vagina here”. He looked and prodded her feeling around inside her, she could feel his gloved hand gently on her thigh and three fingers inside her. “Okay everything’s looking amazing but I really wanna have a closer glance at what’s going on with your cervix and uterus we may have to do a little operation because of the pain, I can fix the outside with an injection but the inside is very far in, I would need to use some extra tools and put you under a light sedation”“What’s that mean?” Millie panicked, “well I can perform the procedure today, your insurance completely covers it, it’s a quick procedure but we’ll just give you a twilight sedation and it has to be performed in our operating theatre, then we can send your results off to a lab and determine if you have any endometriosis or anything other conditions to cause the pain and bleeding”. “Oh okay well I’m here I guess we may as well get it done”“Of course Emily, I’ll get one of the nurses to start prepping the OR and we’ll continue on with your initial examination”. Dr Lopez quickly made a phone call and then came back “okay Ms Sanders, just hold still for me this might pinch a little but it should apply a bit of relief”. Millie felt as he injected some medication into her labia. “Everything’s good there, now the part I really know you won’t enjoy”.Dr Lopez assisted Millie to lie on her side and pulled one leg up to her chest. He started to operate on her cervix removing small chunks of her uterus, and placing them in a petry dish for testing by pathology. He then auctioned the blood outside of the vagina, and removed his surgical gloves.Millie slowly came out of her relaxed state, “Nurse can you remove our patient to our recovery unit, I need to do some post op observations on her please” Dr Lopez said. Millie laid in her bed in recovery for 20 minutes and heard a knock at the door. “Hi” Dr Lopez said entering the room “How are you feeling?” “Horny” Millie giggled back.
