After quite a while Cloé came back with the cup full. I took the cup and asked her to take off her shoes and everything above the waist, in order to do the breast exam. She wanted to see how I did the urine test so I showed her dipping the test stip into her urine. Afterwards I asked her again to disrobe. She started with her shoes and it took fairly long in my opinion but I did not want to put pressure on her. I washed my hands and changed the nice crinkling paper on the exam chair. From time to time I looked over to Cloé. She was turned towards the desk so that I only saw her back. She very slowly undid her short tank top and put it on the chair. She was not wearing a bra. I saw that she was extremely small and thin.

Now I asked her to go on to the scale and I went there too. As soon as I had started to talk to her she put her hands on her breasts. She went on to the scale and I took her weight, it was just under 45kg. I went to the desk and wrote it on the file. Then I asked her to turn around so I can measure her. She still had her hands on her breasts. I asked her to put her hands down and stay straight. She sighed, and put her hands down. She had the smallest breast anyone can imagine. She really does not need a bra. I wondered why Manon had told me that Cloé likes it if someone plays with her breasts there weren't any real breasts.

I took her size with 1,63m and filed it in. As soon as I turned to the desk she had her hands again on her breasts.

Now I asked her to step in the middle of the room so we can start the breast exam. She went there slowly and faced opposite to me. I went over to her and stood in front of her. Once again, I asked her to put her hands down which she did reluctantly. I looked at her and asked her if the age she had given was true, it was. Then I asked if the age for her first period was true and she said no. I said that she should not be in fear to tell the truth. She finally told me that she had her first period at 16 almost 17 and since then only very rarely. I asked her about her mother and she said that she too has very small breasts even if she weighs about 65kg. So, I reassured her that it is not abnormal that she has small breasts. During this little discussion I felt her loosing a littler of her fear.

Now I asked her to put her hands high above her head and she did with only little hesitation. I explained to her that this visual inspection is very important to see any abnormalities. By then I asked her to bring her hands down again and if she was ready for me to do the palpation. She said ok let’s start. So, I did the palpation of her lymph nods and the area around her areola on her left breast. I then asked her if she did self-exams and she said no, never anybody had told her to do so. Therefore, I showed her with her right breast. Once finished I asked her to do what I have just taught her. She tried on her left breast. She asked me to take her hand and show her the places where to find the lymph nodes. We now did the exam again with my hand on hers. For the other breast I asked her to do it alone and she did. I explained her that she should do such a self-exam each time she finishes her period and not forget to do the visual inspection too.

Now I asked her to go on to the exam table, not lay on it but get on all fours. I told her that I try to examine her breasts in this position. I did once again this exam and I found out that she visibly liked her breasts examined. I pinched her nipple slightly before finishing the exam. After having finished this exam I asked her to get up again. I told her that the breast exam is finished and now comes the pelvic exam. She looked at me like a deer facing a car headlight, so I told her she could put back on her tank top and take off everything from the waist down.

She went straight away to the chair and put her top on immediately.
