Here's a rather amazing thing that happened to me at college.

I had been studying math with a girl named Lisa for a few weeks, and we often worked in her room. She had a roommate that wasn't there much. I'd sit at her desk, and Lisa would sit on her bed. I had only seen the roommate a few times for a minute when she stopped in to get something, or late in the evening when I was leaving. Then, one night, just after dinner, the roommate came in, dropped some books on her desk and started getting some stuff out of her dresser. She opened the clip, and lay there. I could hear her breathing harder than normal. After all the water was in her, she closed the clip, and reached around under the sheet to remove the nozzle. She stayed in the knee-chest position for about 5 minutes, and then lowered herself and rolled over on her back. She again massaged her belly for about five minutes before getting up, collecting the bag and heading out the door again. After about ten minutes, she reappeared with yet another full enema bag, and hung it up over the bed. This time, after inserting the nozzle, she rolled onto her right side before starting the flow. She didn't close the clip or pinch the tube this time, just let it flow until she was full. This position had her facing us, and she looked at both of us, and we were just watching her in disbelief, I think. She just closed her eyes after a while. Then, I saw her clench her buns a couple of times, and she let out a very little sigh. But, Lisa and I were practically holding our breath, and had no trouble hearing her. I think we both knew that Lisa's roommate had just had an orgasm, although she sure hid it well. After a few minutes, the roommate pulled the tube out of her bottom, got up and went to the bathroom, finally leaving the bag behind. In a few minutes, she returned, wiped the nozzle, let the tube drain out into the trash can, and then hung the bag from her towel rack. She then got dressed again, just the reverse of how she got undressed, and went out the door. I don't think she spoke a single word to either of us the whole time, although she nodded to Lisa when she came in. After the roommate had left, Lisa and I were silent for a few seconds, we didn't know what to say, and finally Lisa burst out laughing! I asked Lisa if her roomate had ever done that in her presence before, and she said "Sure, a couple of times. But, never with a GUY in the room! I can't believe she just undressed right in front of you. But, she IS really uninhibited, I just didn't know HOW uninhibited!"
