Dr. Reed stepped out of the exam room. He'd seen 14 patients that morning which was a very busy morning for an internist. And each patient seemed to have complexities that took more time than expected, so he'd run well into his lunch hour. Usually during lunch he ran across the street to the hospital to see his patients there. Today he'd gotten a call from the emergency room that another patient had arrived with shortness of breath, so he would have to attend to her as well. He was frustrated!

Lynn, his office nurse of many years approached. "Doctor, I'm sorry to tell you but I worked in a new patient. She's sick and didn't have anyone else to see her. I just couldn't turn her away."

Doctor Reed's face flushed as he said "Lynn, we've discussed this before and yet you continue to force more patients on my schedule than I can see. It's disrespectful to me and doesn't serve them well. We're going to need to discuss this after I finish with this new person you've given me. "

"I know Doctor. I'm very sorry. I'll try not to let it happen again." Lynn looked down at the floor as her face flushed.

"You've said that before Lynn. And yet you continue to do it. I think we're going to need some stronger correction to mend this bad habit of yours. "

"I understand Doctor. Of course I'll accept whatever discipline you think is necessary " She thought back to 4 months ago when the doctor caught her pilfering meds from the drug room. Her correction then had made sitting very uncomfortable for the rest of the day, though truth be told, she found it very stimulating to be over the doctors lap having her bare bottom blistered. It even left her wet. It was a bit unorthodox but she'd been with Dr. Reed for many years. She respected him and he was a good employer and usually a sweet man. The doctor went to exam room 4 and took the new patient paperwork from the holder before entering. "Hi Judy. I'm Dr. Reed. What problem brings you in today?"

Doctor, thanks for seeing me. My throat is so sore and it's getting worse. Can you help me?" She was sipping on a cup of ice cubes.

"Let me look Judy. Are you on any medication?" The woman appeared to be in her mid 30's and was fit and trim, tho did appear acutely ill. "And do you have any drug allergies?"

"I'm just on contraceptive pills Doctor. And no allergies."

"Good. Open your mouth please." The doctor turned and took a wooden tongue depressor from the glass container on the counter and a strong flashlight from his lab coat pocket. He peered into her mouth and pressed down on her tongue. "You do have a bad looking throat Judy. It could be strep. Let me check for lymph nodes." He felt under her mandible. "You do have some enlarged nodes there. Let me listen to your heart."

Judy pulled up her t shirt. "Do I need to undo my bra Doctor?"

"No, I can hear what I need to." He put the ear pieces of the Littman stethoscope in his ears and checked to ensure the bell was in place before placing it on her precordium. "Heart sounds are fine Judy. I am going to need to take your temperature. Since you're sucking on that ice the only reliable reading will be rectally. I'll need you to undo your jeans and lay on the table on your stomach."

"Do I have to Doctor? It's so embarrassing."

"I'm afraid so Judy. It's important to get an accurate reading and rectally is the gold standard." He turned to select a red tipped glass thermometer from the container on the counter. He gave it several good shakes and then dipped the tip in the jar of Vaseline. He turned back just as the patient finished pushing her jeans down and climbed up on the table, turning on her stomach as directed.

The doctor left the thermometer on the table paper and with his fingers tugged down her light blue panties, exposing her round, full bottom. Picking up the thermometer in his right hand he spread her soft but firm cheeks apart, exposing her pink bottom hole.
