Gabriel Sanderson was a slender and sandy haired 18-year-old young man who was about to embark on a new chapter of his life by attending the University of Iowa and joining its swim team.

But before he could enter college and join the athletics program, he was required to get a full head to toe physical exam, something that he was both excited and nervous about.

Gabriel had never received a comprehensive physical before, and he had chosen Dr. Chris Morton to be the physician who would conduct it. But Gabriel was nervous because he had randomly picked the name off the internet.

However, Gabriel was lucky. Dr. Morton was an experienced and well-respected doctor who ran a clinic in Des Moines. He had been in practice for well over 30 years and had seen everything from minor ailments to complex cases. And Dr. Morton was known for his bedside manner and professionalism.

When Gabriel arrived at the clinic he was warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to an examination room. While he waited, he filled out the usual paperwork and went over his medical history with a very attractive nurse with suspiciously large breasts.

Once Gabriel's head and neck area had been examined, Dr. Morton began to examine Gabriel's chest and abdomen. He used his fingers to check for any abnormalities in the chest and abdomen, as well as to palpate for any abnormalities in the liver, spleen, or kidneys.

He also felt for any potential problems in the abdomen, such as the presence of a hernia or the size of Gabriel's bladder.

Dr. Morton then had Gabriel lie down on the examination table so he could evaluate his spine and extremities.

He checked the young man's spine for any abnormalities, such as a curvature, and also checked the range of motion in the joints of the extremities. He also checked for any swelling or tenderness in the joints.

The genital area was the next step of Gabriel's physical exam. Dr. Morton scanned Gabriel's enormous penis and testes for any swelling or irregularities. And Gabriel noticed the doctor seemed to relish scrutinizing him, as if he were a champion show pony.

Dr. Morton finally walked in with a reassuring smile, but he didn't start the prostate procedure right away. Instead, he started examining Gabriel's skin for any changes that could be signs of bigger health problems.

At this point, Gabriel realized that returning to the same doctor would make his future checkups less awkward.

He accepted the offer and scheduled the appointment for the last Monday in March—exactly one year from today's exam.

Dr. Morton was happy when Gabriel agreed, since his patients are usually over fifty and he looks forward to examining young men like Gabriel, who are in especially good health.

Gabriel left the clinic feeling relieved. He had been both nervous and excited about the physical exam, but it had actually been a very positive experience.

Even though a mandatory physical exam can be intimidating, Dr. Morton made him feel at ease and answered all of his questions. He had a newfound respect for the importance of physical exams and was grateful to have been under the expert care of Dr. Morton.
