Blond-haired Heath Jones nervously stepped into the urgent care center. He was 21 years old and a recent graduate of Texas A&M with a chemical engineering degree.

Heath had to get a physical exam before starting his new job.

As he scanned the waiting room, Heath realized he was probably the last to be seen that day.

Suddenly, a deep voice called out his name. Dr. Ronald J. Johnson stepped in, looking over his chart. The doctor couldn't help but take note of Heath's well-built physique; he was like an Abercrombie & Fitch or Calvin Klein poster boy.

For his part, Heath had no idea what to expect with the exam, as all he had gotten were sports physicals before this. As a result, he felt apprehensive, unsure if he'd have to undress for the examination.

Dr. Johnson's gaze lingered on Heath Jones' toned and muscular physique, barely able to contain his excitement at the prospect of exploring every inch of the young man. He led him to a small room with two chairs and asked him to sit.

As he began taking the health history of his new patient, Dr. Johnson noticed a form from the patient's employer that his receptionist had attached to the chart that was required to be completed after the exam.

It said that Heath required a complete physical examination and that a genital and rectal exam was optional. The doctor felt his anticipation swell as he read through the form. He usually skipped this type of invasive rectal exam on younger patients, but he was eager to see and explore every inch of new engineer Heath Jones.

As Dr. Johnson questioned Heath Jones about his health history, Heath shifted uncomfortably in the vinyl chair, his blue eyes darting around the room as he answered. His skin was sun-kissed and unblemished, and his toned body spoke of an active lifestyle.

The handsome young man was impressed by the doctor's attentiveness and began to believe that the doctor would sign off on the medical form and let him go home to his girlfriend, Carey.

But as Dr. Ronald Johnson flipped through his notes, Heath could sense a change in the atmosphere. The doctor cleared his throat and leaned forward in his chair, a hint of a smirk curling the corners of his mouth. There was an intensity in his gaze that made Heath's heart skip a beat as the doctor explained the physical exam Heath was about to be given.

Dr. Johnson, who was married with kids, found it somewhat thrilling when he had the chance to examine graduate tech and engineering students who needed physical exams to start their jobs.

And Heath was probably the most attractive male patient Dr. Johnson had ever seen since he had begun working at the urgent care center five years ago. So the prospect of Heath needing to go through a medical checkup with him if he wanted his job filled the doctor with excitement.

Hearing Dr. Johnson explain the comprehensive exam, Heath became more anxious. That's because the new college graduate was half-expecting that the doctor would glance at the form and sign it when he saw how healthy he was. However, the experienced physician had already made plans to meticulously inspect every corner of Heath's body after he saw the young man in the waiting room.

It must be noted that Dr. Johnson noticed his patient's unease, and it further piqued his interest. He calmly told Heath that he would be provided a full, unrushed new patient physical because he was the last appointment for the day.

Heath admitted to the doctor that he'd only ever had quick physicals for school sports. All his pediatricians had always seen how healthy he was and simply signed the form. So the handsome young man had never been to a doctor's office for a complete physical.

Upon hearing Heath's admission of inexperience with physicals, the doctor broke into a wide grin. He couldn't help but be drawn in by the young man's rugged good looks, too. The doctor was thrilled with the challenge presented by his naive new patient.

Dr. Johnson had explained to Heath that he would look at his eyes, ears, mouth, chest, heart, abdomen, legs, and feet, which caused Heath some relief when he believed there would be no hernia exam.

Being okay with wearing his clothing to his undershorts for the assessment didn't prepare him for the doctor's following announcement - that he would also be going through a series of exercises and finishing with a full 'male examination' of the young man.

Dr. Johnson noticed the expression of surprise on Heath's face as he mentioned the "male exam." Dr. Johnson was even more delighted when Heath, still dressed in regular clothes, asked nervously what the "male examination" entailed.

The doctor explained that Heath was a new patient and had never had a physical exam, so he would need to be more thorough and ensure that he examined Heath's whole body.

He told the nervous patient this would include a hernia check, penis examination, testicular inspection, prostate exam, and anoscopy to check for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or other issues.

Heath was wide-eyed and anxious as he told Dr. Johnson that he didn't worry about the well-being of his "male parts" and asked if he could bypass the genital checkup and rectal sections of the examination.

As Heath continually objected to being thoroughly examined, Dr. Johnson was beginning to get aroused. Witnessing young men's anxiety when they came in for pre-employment physicals excited the doctor.

And the doctor felt even more exhilarated as he watched his new patient begin to understand that he was about to be stripped completely naked and have his body investigated by this older doctor sitting across from him.

It was then that Dr. Johnson told Heath that he needed to be extra cautious in his physical exam since Heath had never been examined before.

Of course, this prompted a wave of anxiety in Heath. Despite the college graduate's striking good looks and having nothing to be ashamed of with his body, Heath was still intimidated by the thought of being poked and prodded by a creepy older doctor.

As the doctor continued talking, Heath's face blanched as Dr. Johnson gave him further details of the male genitourinary and rectal exams he was about to receive. Heath glanced at the doctor's thin, stern lips, deep-set eyes, and thinning steel-gray hair. And he could feel the sixty-year-old doctor's pleasure from his anxiety.

The doctor saw Heath's cheeks begin to be flushed. And Heath felt his stomach churn with humiliation at the thought of being touched in places not even his girlfriend had touched or seen. He shifted nervously in the chair, trying to ignore the intrusive thoughts of what was about to happen.

Heath anxiously questioned the doctor if the full medical examination could be done in less than an hour, as he had plans to hit the basketball court with his friends afterward. The doctor replied that a new patient's comprehensive pre-employment evaluation usually lasts about two hours.

Dr. Johnson could tell Heath was unsettled and might even decide to leave, so he said he could probably finish the exam in 90 minutes if he changed a few things. Heath was pleased to hear this because he thought the doctor would skip the genital and rectal exams. So the new patient said that 90 minutes sounded all right.

But the situation hadn't changed the way Heath expected as Dr. Johnson was determined to examine Heath Jones in great detail.

To save time, the doctor suggested that Heath strip down completely at the beginning of the physical exam, which would speed up the process. In addition, the doctor reassured Heath that he would provide a cloth to cover his modesty during the exam, but this did not ease Heath's anxiety.

Heath became even more nervous than before when he realized he had just agreed to a 90-minute physical exam that would require him to be almost entirely naked. And Heath also realized he would be completely naked when he stood up as the small drape would just cover the front of him.

Heath's heart raced, dreading the 90-minute physical exam, which would include undressing down to almost nothing but a small drape the doctor would provide. He had to steel himself against feeling self-conscious while the tiny fabric drape barely covered his waist when seated - and not at all when standing for the fitness portion.

This meant Dr. Johnson would inspect him completely in the nude from all angles while Heath stood. As Heath thought of this, his face flushed, his hands trembled, and his cheeks grew hot. But Heath was a man of his word and would go through the 90-minute exam - no matter how embarrassing -just like he promised Dr. Johnson.

Sensing Heath's extreme apprehension made Dr. Johnson even more excited than before. And the doctor glanced up and down again at the gorgeous young man sitting across from him. The doctor was ecstatic at the thought of studying and probing this Adonis-like guy for an hour and a half. And he was eager to examine every last inch of the smooth young body in excruciating detail.
