Now that they got me in the system for scrotum ultrasound, the nurse asked me to step out of the curtained area and take off everything below my waist in another small corner of the room which is also curtained. She gave me a thin sheet to wrap around.

In the meantime they called the next person who was a female patient who was getting her ultrasound for pregnancy. While the other female patient was on the exam table behind the curtain, I removed my pants and underwear and wrapped the sheet around. The nurse asked me to sit on a chair and wait in the same room while the other female patient is done behind the curtain.

I took the chair and was able to hear everything that the techs were talking to the female patient. I didn't have anything below my waist but was covered in a thin sheet. In the meantime the receptionist walks into the room and talks about how the billing works because of the new procedure. I get an erection as I can imagine the penetration of the ultrasound probe into the other female patient. And also the thought of having 6 females (including the patient) in such a small room that are young beautiful and me without any clothes under the sheet made the mood so much better.
