I try to hurry the last half of the serum and push harder on the plunger. There's a huge amount of pressure as the serum is forced into your leg more quickly and now you can't help but cry out. It really really hurts! The burning has took over the entirety of your thigh and maintaining your composure is beyond your control. Tears begin roll down your face as the last of the serum enters your body.

“You're doing really well” I tell you. “ That's the thigh injection done now. We just have the one in your bum to do. If you can get up onto the exam table now and lay on your side please…"

You didnt know if you'd be able to take the second shot but with great trepidation you moved into the requested position, rubbing your aching, burning thigh as you go and watching nervously as I moved towards you.
