Zoey loved to play hockey. She grew up playing for her local teams, and now she was 18 she had signed up for her college hockey team. She had one problem, and that was that she was obligated to have a sports physical so she could play.

She didn't think much of it, and when she got to the campus clinic she was relaxed and unaware of what the physical might entail. She was completely unaware of the fact several girls, blushing in embarrassment, passed by after leaving the exam room.

“Can a Zoey report to the doctor's office?” said the intercom, and off she went. She entered the room and there was Doctor Clark. A youngish man for a doctor, in his mid 40s, with black hair and a stern face.

“Hello, are you Zoey?” said the doctor.

“Yeah, I'm here for my sports physical” said Zoey.

“Yep, that seems right. The nurse is going to come and take your vitals while I get prepared.” said Clark, leaving the room.

In came the nurse. She was a middle-aged woman who Zoey had seen frequently on campus but never spoken to.

“Hello, I'm going to be your nurse for today. Can you roll up your sleeve so I can take blood pressure?”

After having her pressure taken, the nurse stuck a thermometer under Zoey's tongue and did a basic eye check.

“Ok, the doctor will be coming back now. I'm going to have to ask you to remove your shirt and pants, please.” said the nurse.

Zoey was shocked. She didn't expect to have to remove any clothing, but she wanted to play hockey. So she did what it took.

After the nurse left, Zoey removed her clothes. She first took of her shirt, revealing her somewhat chubby stomach and her white sports bra. She then took off her pants, revealing her thick thighs. She waited for the doctor in her underwear.

Doctor Clark came back into the room. “Ok, can you please stand on those scales?” he said.

She did just that, and Clark muttered “a little over standard weight but it's fine." He then ushered Zoey to the examination table, where she sat down.

“Ok, I'm gonna auscultate your heart and lungs. Take a deep breath in” he said as he stethed Zoeys back. After repeating this action a few times, he paused.

“I'm going to now steth your heart. Can you please remove your bra?”

Zoey was in horror. Being in her underwear was enough but now to be topless was a different level. She hesitantly removed her sports bra, and her large, DD cup breasts slightly bounced out with a brief jiggle. Doctor Clark took a moment to look at her naked chest, at her large, puffy pink areolae and her dense, fatty breasts.

He lifted up her left breast to listen to the mitral valve, and then stethed in between the breasts.

“It sounds good. I'm gonna go ahead and do the breast exam while you're topless.”

Zoey was now more embarrassed than ever. Doctor Clark grabbed her right breast and begun to palpate it in a circular motion, giving a regular squeeze and squish. He did the same to her left breast, and then moved on to the nipples, which he gave a slight pinch.

“I'm going to check for nipple response. This may hurt.” he said, pulling out a small needle. He pricked both nipples with the needle and Zoey flinched on both.

“Very good. Your nipples seem normal for a girl of your breast size. They're a little puffy but that usually goes away on it's own. However your breasts are extremely dense, and it might make it difficult to play sports. It's also making it significantly difficult to palpate them, so could you do me the favour of standing up and bending over?” he said.

Zoey was confused but did as he said. Her boobs hung down and her rolls folded up. Doctor Clark squeezed the sides of her breasts and palpated deeply.

“All feels good. While you're like this I'm just going to have a quick look at your abdomen in this position.” He squeezed her chubby stomach and slipped his finger into her deep, thin and vertical navel.

“Ok, can you hop on back to that table so we can get the abdominal exam done? You don't need to put your bra back on yet.” he said.
