As the naked patient and Dr. Wolf close the door to the exam room, Sarah whispers to Tiffany "I saw something about a scholarship on her chart. What's that about?"

Tiffany explains that Dr. Wolf sponsors a few local students each year, providing substantial college scholarships. The students report to him on a regular basis during the term of the scholarships. "He half jokes that he is "keeping an eye on his investments". In reality, he does want to make sure that the students are keeping up their end of the bargain. Namely, that they are staying healthy and getting a good education."

Impressed with his generosity, Sarah goes about her duties, trying to resist the urge to peek into the window.

Meanwhile in the exam room, Taylor stands in the middle of the room completely naked while Dr Wolf looks through her grades on his laptop. "Looks like Accounting, Management and History are going well. What happened on that physics test?"

Taylor looks does at the ground not wanting to answer.

He simply watches, waiting for additional information.

She gathers herself and finally looks up. "I got a 68. I don't know what happened, Dr. Wolf."

"I see. And you feel that you had adequately prepared yourself for it?"

"Yes, sir."

"Did you go out on the evenings leading up to it?"

"No, sir." she responds without thinking, but then remembers that she had accidentally used the credit card that she was supposed to use for books that night to buy a round of drinks for her friends the night before the exam. She looks up from the floor and sees him holding the credit card statement.

"Want to rethink that answer, young lady?"

She bites her lip and waits, unable to come up with any explanation.

"I see." He answers. "Well we need to do your physical, then we'll move to my office to discuss this matter further. Up on the table, on your stomach."

Taylor knows the drill and quickly climbs onto the table as the doctor approaches her with the glass thermometer and a jar of vaseline. He lectures her as he puts the thermometer into her tight little anus.

"Getting an education is the most important thing you can do with your life right now. I am doing everything I can do to help you do that. Failing a test that you really studied for is one thing. Failing it because you went out the bars the night before, then lying to me about it is a completely different thing."

When Sarah peeks through the window again, she sees Taylor stretched out on the exam table while Dr Wolf twists the thermometer in her bottom. After a few minutes he removes the thermometer, declares her fever free and tells her to sit up. She continues to watch as he performs a normal physical exam on her as she submits to it completely naked. He listens to her heart, moving the stethoscope around her bare breasts, looks into her ears and eyes and palpates her abdomen. He tells her something and she slowly gets off the table.

Sarah goes back to pretending to work as the exam room door opens and Dr Wolf guides Taylor, still naked out into the hallway again. He takes her to the eye chart and performs a vision screen.

"Tiffany," Dr Wolf addresses the more experienced nurse, "Taylor is due for a pap, bring Sarah with you so she can see how to assist me." He tells her then walks Taylor back to the exam room for the remainder of her exam.

Tiffany raises her eyebrows at Sarah, "Well you heard him, come on."
