I find myself laying on an exam table in the cold stark room. I was brought in by a nurse and instructed to lay back on the table and relax for a few minutes. The Dr came in shortly afterwards and sat down on the stool. She asked me why I came in today and what was the symptoms. “Well, it’s a bit embarrassing to talk about Dr., is there a male Dr here? I thought I was setting an appointment with a male Dr.” I said. “No, I am afraid you are mistaken. I am the Dr in this clinic. So lets move on shall we?” she said with a tone of being disrespected.

“Well, I am experiencing some burning when I go to bathroom” I said looking down. She asked me how long this had been going on and where it hurts exactly. I told her about a week and pointed to just about my penis area. She asked some other questions before finally standing up and coming to the side of the table. “Please stand up and drop your pants and underwear” she ordered. I was a bit hesitant so she reached over and yanked on my pants to hurry me along. “lets move a bit quicker please mr. I have other patients waiting.” She made me stand there as she went back to the computer to make some notes. I was embarrassed to be standing there with pants down like I was.

Eventually, she stood up and told me to lay back on the exam table. “A nurse will be in to get you prepped,” she said as she walked out of the room. Not giving me any time for questions and neither did she close the door! The nurse walked in and in a very matter of fact way, told me to kick off my shoes. I did as she said and asked what I was being prepped for. “Dr. wants to take a couple of samples for testing that’s all. No biggie.” She said somewhat flippant, and now I know she was trying to downplay what was about to happen to me. The nurse grabbed my pants and underwear and yanked them off my ankles. “Lay back please and put your legs up in the stirrups” she ordered. She guided my legs since I had never been in stirrups before and wrapped a Velcro strap around my thighs “to be safe” she said. As was explained the strap across my hips.

Dr. then walked into room and looked at me laying there. All she said to nurse was “wider, much wider”. The nurse spread the stirrups to widen my legs till almost searing pain in my hips then backed off just a bit. Meanwhile, Dr was preparing things on a rolling table and then taking her position between my outstretched legs, pulling the table closer to her. She told nurse to close the door as she snapped on a pair of rubber gloves. I watch as she takes the first item from table which is a long q-tip looking thing with a wooden shaft. I feel her other hand grab my penis and pull it away from my body. “This may burn a bit. I need you to stay very still until I am finished. Understand?” she said looking quite stern and very little compassion. I tell her ok as I feel her spread open my pee hole and place the dry cotton swab at the opening. “Here we go, hold still” she said as she starts to push it into me. I cried out, oh god that hurts! As it felt like a hot poker she was pushing up inside me. Dr. says, “Yes I know..lay still” she snaps as she is twirling it inside me. I cant help but try and pull my hips back away from the pain, to no avail of course. Dr only went in about ½ inch or so, and then pulled it out a bit roughly. The nurse was holding a test tube for the Dr as she dropped the applicator into it. I breathed a sigh of relief, thinking it was all over. “You were right Dr. that did burn, but glad that’s over.” Dr grinned with an evil smile and said, “Oh we just got started. I need 6 total samples from your penis. Each one deeper than the next until I reach the base.

She begins to insert the next one and push it deeper, spinning it for maximum pain and sample taking. She continues one after the other, going deeper and deeper into my penis. By the 4th one, I am begging with her to stop or give me something for pain. “Oh, lets take it like a man and be quiet now. If you weren’t so promiscuous, you wouldn’t have to go through this. Give me a bit of assistance here nurse” she tells her as she winks. I feel the nurse cup my testicles and tighten her grip. Her other hand is holding #4 tube as Dr drops the next applicator into it. It has a touch of blood on it. The nurse notes this to the Dr who states that there will be more no doubt. “cant give you anything or it will contaminate the samples, so just be quiet now and lay still” Dr orders. The last two were more excruciating on purpose, I am sure as well as the tight grip on my testicles. I begged the nurse to let go, but she just ignored me and squeezed tighter.

Finally, the last q-tip is pulled out and dropped into the test tube as the Dr says , “Okay just one more thing here and we are done.” I look down to se her hold out 2 fingers for the nurse to squirt a small amount of lube on them. Dr thinks that’s too much and wipes some of it off on my leg. I then feel her push both fingers forcefully into my ass as she orders me to hold still. She is examining me roughly and finds my prostate, which she presses on and milks some fluid out of me for a sample as well. Dr pulls her fingers out and rips the gloves off, throws them into bucket and washes her hands. She says to the nurse, “just let him lay there for a few minutes”. Glad its all over, I ask the nurse if I am finished. She is prepping the samples and says that I am for now. Will see what is needed when the samples come back in a few days. “Guess you wont be fucking around as much in the future huh?” she asks laughing.
