The Doctor then approached Barb with a blood pressure cuff and stethoscope. After checking her blood pressure, he remarked that it was a little elevated; probably due to her nervousness and arousal. The Doctor then pulled a penlight from his pocket and told Barb to follow the light with her eyes. He then pulled her hair back to expose her ears. As the Doctor looked into her ears, she could feel his warm breath and then felt his tongue slowly licking all around the inside of her ear. Chills went up and down Barb's spine as the Doctor continued gently licking and nibbling at her ears. The Doctor then picked up the stethoscope from the tray of instruments and placed the bell on Barb's back. She jumped and exclaimed that it was cold. The Doctor then warmed the bell with his breath and told Barb to breathe deeply. As the Doctor continued to listen to her lungs, he placed his other hand on her breast. His gentle cupping of her breasts, as he continued moving the stethoscope around her back, caused her nipples to become very erect. When he finished with Barb's back, he moved in front of her and placed the stethoscope on her chest and continued to listen. He worked his way across and down her breasts and placed the stethoscope in between them. With one hand, he lifted her left breast and placed the scope under it to listen to her heart beat. As he lifted her breast, he brushed against her erect nipple sending a tingling sensation thru her body. The Doctor then removed the stethoscope and said to Barb, "I want you to clasp your hands behind your head so I can examine your breasts". Once Barb hands were behind her head, the Doctor began to lift and firmly massage her breasts which were now on full display. The Doctor then told Barb to lay back and place her arms over her head. Once Barb was in position, Doctor continued his examination of her breasts by thoroughly kneading and massaging each breast. When he was finished, he said "let's see how those nipples are doing now". He removed the nipple clamps which caused an intense rush of blood to return to the nipples. The Doctor then leaned over Barb and took her right nipple into his mouth and proceeded to vigorously suck on it. The sucking created an electric feeling which she could feel all the way to her vagina. Once he finished with her right nipple, he proceeded to give her left nipple the same treatment. Barb had never experienced a sensation like this during any breast exam she had previously; but then again, she had never experienced an exam like this. He placed the cylinders over each nipple and attached a hose to the end of the cylinders. The Doctor then used the breast pump to draw Barb's nipples into the cylinders. As the vaccuum pulled her nipples into the cylinders, it produced an incredible sucking sensation. Once both cylinders were in place, the Doctor continued his massaging of her breasts.
