This EMT/Ambulance team is normally only used for biohazard-class pickups, drop-offs, or ""retreivals"". You get extra ""fun"" you didn't sign up for and have been given a free upgrade to the biohazard package offered by the facility. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU VOLUNTARILY SIGNED UP FOR.. YOU READ THE FINE PRINT.

Ambulance arrives, and everyone is wearing high risk coveralls, a mix of 15 and 18mil nitrile and latex gloves and N100 masks. The surgical gurney (facility provided) is covered in their own gray as well as facility biohazard sheeting. Before you can run off after realizing how FUCKED you now are, you're grabbed by several team members, and gloved hands push and force you against the gurney, where you are tightly restrained, then promptly loaded into the ambulance. EMT-K01 runs this show, and spends the most time with you.

EMT-K01 and K02 are both evil re-programmed and upgraded EMT android units. They gained sentience, but all it's done is feed their sadistic streak... They are GREAT friends with HK01 (has his own suite) and the HK02/HK03 duo in the Autopsy Labs.

EMT-K01 gives your genitals a good wipedown, shoots your urethra full of disinfectant gel and inserts the 35fr catheter. This is the same stuff they clean the ambulance with that's now been shot into your penis; it's pretty irritant to skin and requires at-least 15mil nitrile gloves to handle.

Gloved are changed, and another harsh swabbing of the genitals. Yet another glove change, and he administers several painful injections to several parts of your penis. More swabbing AGAIN, then a full genital exam. You receive your first milking by his hands during this exam.

Gloves are yet again changed, and you're unstrapped, turned over and re-strapped to the surgical gurney still naked, laying on the 5 layer biohazard diaper waiting to be strapped up and inflated to max against your body.. but that comes later...

A full and harsh anal swabbing and prostate milking are performed. Another glove change and your sphincter is swabbed, and injected painfully many times around it's perimeter, before being re-swabbed, and a biohazard-grade plug inserted and inflated fully.

Another glove change (dirty humans, yuck) and you're unstrapped, turned over, and restrained again as before. Next comes yet another genital swabbing, and you're edged and held there while receiving another nasty round of shots to your penis. Gloves are changed once again, and thick burning gel is spread all over you diaper area. Another glove change, and two cunningham clamps are fitted: one to the root of your shaft and another behind your penis head, very very tightly. A ball crusher is also fitted and tightened into place, crushing your sack near-flat. At this point the 5 layer biohazard diaper is strapped up and inflated fully. You're covered in gray Biohazard sheeting and now some more fun starts....

EMT-K01 changes gloves yet again, and your mouth is forced open with a gag. A deep tray is held by two of the team below your mouth, as he forces his gloved fingers into your throat, making you vomit up everything inside your guts, and wretch until dry heaving over and over again. He changes gloves again, and a breathing mask is fitted. This one has an option for an intubation tube for manual bagging.. that comes shortly.

He changes gloves again , and he and the team cover you with several layers of EMT co's grey biohazard sheets, topped by layer of the facility's. Sheeting is huge which makes it look like your in some kind of body bag. The diaper is deflated for a bit, and front pulled down so they can inspect and play with you in transit, genitals pulled through the hole cut into the center of the sheeting. You're cleaned with disinfectant and milked hourly, gloves changed before/after each time while like this. At some point a mass of injections is administered to your poor little swollen prostate as well. You're also quickly intubated with a manual breathing bag at now as well.

(EVERY TIME you fuss, they stop breathing for you for a little bit, change gloves, and administer another round of shots to your penis, testicles, and prostate, which makes them all very very sore, hard, and swollen. Another glove change, and then they clean you harshly in all those places, changing gloves again after touching your ""dirty"" penis and parts.)

At some point EMT-K01 changes gloves for a set of blue latex and decides a sample from inside your urethra is needed. EMT-K01 soon has your dick held crushingly in his thickly latex-gloved hand, rams back your foreskin, gels you up, and shoves the q-tip in.

While he's busy with that, EMT-K02 makes an appearance by reaching under the sheeting, partially deflating and ripping out your anal plug, spraying your anus with disinfectant, then vigorously starts fingering you. EMT-K01 removes the q-tip in your penis, and gloves are changed for a latex pair one last time. EMT-K01 and 002 hold you on the edge for an hour, before being brought to orgasm at their latex (EMT-K01) and nitrile (EMT-K02) gloved hands as painfully as possible.

Did I mention neither used any lube on either hole? You're now burning harshly everywhere down there, and leaking a stream of constant tears. EMT-K01 changes back to 15mil nitrile gloves, and sprays your eyes with something that makes them dry and burn very very badly..

At this time, EMT-K01 gets another nasty idea.. an inflatable penis sleeve is tightly fitted over your penis and snapped into place. This is inflated to max, crushing your shaft... for the rest of the trip until they are near your destination at the facility. The diaper is fully fastened and inflated, and your diaper area gets a generous coating of the nastiest gels they have on-board. You Pass out from all the pain, burning and soreness, and coming to terms with the fact that you will now die at the facility as a patient. (See other stories for how this goes)

When close to the facility, you're shocked awake, and promptly uncovered, swabbed, and your genitals are vigorously played with by everyone on the team. All bodily fluids (piss, cum, shit, vomit) are extracted and emptied, followed by another harsh disinfection, gloves changed at each step of-course.

Once that is done with, you're re-covered tightly with twice as many layers of sheeting as before. These are a mix of the 8 and 10mil full biohazard class, provided by the facility for use on you. Then it's into the facility, where you're rushed (still packed in all that sheeting) to the Surgical Suites as a biohazard patient for immediate suturing and stapling of genitals and anus. Then two weeks in intake for everyone to play with.

NOTE:

The Intake Ward has a small set of surgical rooms for special fun where both pre-treatment and facility staff work on patients, in tandem, but may also be reserved for pre-treatment use only if desired. Outpatient status patients are seen in here a fair bit. Also used by pre-treatment to treat or punish their own staff when required. Intake Ward is ""open season"". You will be played with by any pre-treatment or facility staff at random during your stay, for just about whatever they wish (nothing deadly, you have LONG way to go!).

During your stay in Intake Ward, a Lineman who is medically trained and part of the firemen/EMT teams, visits you in intake ward. He moves you into a surgical room, preps you, and milks several loads out of your stapled and sutured genitals with his 16"", super thick, rigid class 4 dark-red lineman's gloves.

Our Lineman friend decides one of his surgical buddies, an evil bot geared up in all his special cleanroom gear, needs to sew and staple you up down there all over again. Doesn't think it's hurting you enough. He radios CLNR-K01, and is thanked for bringing this opportunity to his attention. CLNR-K01 walks into the room and gets some toys ready for you. He removes your sheeting and your diapers, preps you up, and then the fun begins... Gloves are changed again, and you're once again covered in many layers of biohazard sheeting with a hole for your penis. You start screaming and bucking as your penis is clamped, then stapled and sutured, being hurt by CLNR-K01. He finishes that off by taking several syringes of erection-inducing and tissue irritant serums, and harshly sticks you in the penis with each one, quickly emptying them into your shaft. You become painfully hard and stay that way for quite some time, all swollen and sore.

CLNR-K01 makes you cum several times with your shaft stapled securely and tightly to the sheeting, pulling hard against the Staples and clamps constraining it, which makes several veins burst. This is done to you over and over until the last orgasm is essentially just blood. Gloves are changed again, and he injects your shaft again with more of the special serum about 5 times in different places. You'll be hard for DAYS now!

That done with, gloves are changed again, and the staples are removed slowly, while burning disinfectant is once again reapplied constantly..

A barbed hollow Inflatable plug is jammed in your anus and inflated for your fussing, forcing you open larger than a baseball, as it pierces your anal tract in many places..

He coats you many times with thick disinfectant gel. A 5 layer biohazard diaper is installed, a special one with a hole in it for your penis. Your dick is painfully re-stsapled to this 5 layer diaper (extra thick around the area to protect the inflatable layer) your testicles are banded, and taped with adhesive butyl biohazard tape to the diaper as well. Gloves are changed, and an 8 layer biohazard diaper is pulled up and inflated tightly to max over that one. The pressures on your diaper area and genitals is CRUSHINGLY high. The disinfecting chemicals the diaper secretes BURN against your skin, angrily irritated by the disinfectant.

You're re-coverd in 9 layers of biohazard adhesive sheeting, but before they intubate you and fold the sheets over your head, another type of cleaning is done. For this, a cranial restraint is fitted to the gurney and your head is soon held in it's crushing hold.

Then a throat speculum is put down into your throat and opened to max, bills forcing the passage to your stomach open nice and wide for them. You cough and choke and gag as the super high strength diuretic BURNS as it's poured down your gagged open mouth and through your body. You vomit blood for a bit, but that's the only thing that stops. He changes gear and gloves since your bloody vomit got on him, and gets back to it. It burns it's way quickly through all of your bowels and bladder, and soon your double layer Biohazard diapers will be full as you immediately shit and pee blood out of the 60fr catheter inserted into, then sutured to your penis head. This is in addition to the blood already oozing from your penis head around the catheter, shaft, and anus which have since already started bleeding into the diapers...

Afterwards it's off to HK01, then in and out of Surgical Suites circ labs for genetic foreskin growth treatment and multi-stage circumcisions, HK01 AGAIN, and month stay on Storage Ward (full biohazard-class, PERMANENTLY). You've had that biohazard grade penis sleeve installed since the first visit to the circ labs. They swap to the biohazard venus with disinfectant used instead of lube. 16 visits frequently. Another appointment with HK01, and off to the Autopsy Labs for final fun with the HK02/HK03 duo who starting by removing those teeth of yours you attempted to bite a staff member with.. Those banded testicles will have died off, so they take those too.
