What the hell? I thought as I walked over to the table. The old metal table creaked as I climbed up on top. I had to rearrange the paper because it stuck to my sweaty skin and tore as I was sitting down. My legs dangled over the side. He had to be almost done. After about ten minutes, the door opened again and in walked Dr. Johnson followed by Jose.

“Hi again,” Jose said with a smile as he eyed me sitting on the table wearing only my underwear.

Dr. Johnson closed the door as he said “Jose is in training and will be working with me on the next part of your exam.”

Shit, I thought, this was more than I anticipated happening. As Dr. Johnson and Jose each grabbed gloves from the box on the counter and snapped them onto their hands, Dr. Johnson directed me to get off the table and stand in the middle of the floor. I knew what the latex gloves meant. I was not expecting two people for this part and got a chill and felt goose bumps forming on my arms. I took a deep breath as I climbed off the table and stood in the middle of the room while they watched. Jose sat down on the nearby rolling stool and wheeled in front of me. Dr. Johnson stood next to Jose.

“Hands up on your head,” Dr. Johnson directed.

“Palpate his axillary lymph nodes,” Dr. Johnson said as Jose reached out and firmly pressed his gloved fingers into my armpits, first the left then the right.

“Normal axillary hair with no swollen nodes,” Jose commented to Dr. Johnson.

“Underpants down to your knees,” Dr. Johnson said as he looked me in the eye.

They watched me as I hooked my thumbs into the elastic of my shorts and pulled them down their eyes fixed on my groin.

“Note the distribution of pubic hair--looks normal. You should also inspect the hair and skin of the groin for lice, lesions or rashes,” Dr. Johnson commented as he reached out and began to rake his fingers through my pubic hair. Dr. Johnson’s gentle touch began to give me the stirrings of an erection. I felt my face flush as I looked down and saw my penis slowly start to move and stretch out.

“Inspect the underside of the scrotum as well,” Dr. Johnson said as he squatted down eye level with my crotch and lifted my scrotum up and out of the way to peer underneath, ignoring my lengthening penis. Dr. Johnson then stood up and stepped back to let Jose examine me while he provided instruction.

“Palpate the inguinal lymph nodes to check for swelling,” Dr. Johnson said as I watched Jose firmly press around the corners of my groin with his fingers. At this point, my hard-on was pointing straight up and fully erect.

“As you can see here, some patients will have an erection,” Dr. Johnson continued “That sometimes happens and is nothing to be embarrassed about.”

My face got even hotter and I could feel beads of sweat dripping from my armpits down along the sides of my chest.

“Continue with the testicular exam, Jose” Dr. Johnson directed. Jose reached out and grasped the left side of my scrotum and began to roll my testicle between his thumb and forefingers. Once finished with the left side, he repeated the process with my right testicle.

“Everything appears normal,” Jose said.

“Good. Now check the epididymis and spermatic cord on each side,” Dr. Johnson instructed as Jose reached out with both hands, using one hand to grasp my left testicle his other hand to feel the left side of my scrotum.

“Palpate the epididymis then continue to follow the cord all the way up it they enters the abdomen,” Dr. Johnson continued as Jose squeezed and tugged on my scrotum.

“You can see why it is important to keep the room warm. See how the scrotal exam is easier when the scrotum is relaxed,” Dr. Johnson commented casually as he watched Jose move his fingers over and check the right side.

“Everything seems normal,” Jose said as he released my balls and sat back on the stool.

“I’ll check now to be sure,” Dr. Johnson said as he squatted down and reached out and carefully palpated each of my testicles then checked the cords with both hands like Jose did. Dr. Johnson’s grip was much more firm than Jose’s and I was starting to get a little sore down there from all the squeezing.

“Normal testes and scrotum,” Dr. Johnson announced as he stood back up.

“Now perform the hernia exam,” Dr. Johnson directed Jose.

I looked down as Jose placed his index finger lightly on my scrotum and directed me to cough.

“Jose,” Dr. Johnson said with an irritated tone “you need to place your finger up higher and into the inguinal canal like this,” he continued as Jose sat back and Dr. Johnson moved his finger in place and demonstrated. Dr. Johnson firmly shoved his index finger way up into the left side of my scrotum, causing me to wince from the discomfort as he and Jose stared at my crotch.

Dr. Johnson pulled his finger away. “Now, try again,” he said as he watched Jose insert his finger deep into the left side of my scrotum.

“Much better,” Dr. Johnson advised.

“Turn your head to the left and give me a big cough,” Jose commanded as he stared at my groin.

I coughed then he moved his finger to the other side and shoved it in.

“Another big cough,” he said as his finger pressed deep into my scrotum.

“No hernias,” Jose announced.

“Good,” Dr. Johnson commented as Jose sat back on the stool waiting for further instruction.

“Now palpate the shaft of the penis from the base where it meets the scrotum up to the head,” Dr. Johnson said as Jose used his fingers and felt my rock hard penis starting at the base moving up to the head.

“Inspect the penis for any sores or lesions on all sides,” Dr. Johnson instructed as Jose moved my penis around to look at it.

“For an uncircumcised male, the foreskin should be retracted to fully inspect the glans of the penis. Since he is circumcised, just inspect the glans and examine the urethral opening for lesions and abnormal discharge.”

Jose moved his fingers to head of my penis and spread open my pee hole using his thumbs then moved my penis around. A huge bead of clear pre-cum had collected which he grasped between his fingers.

“This appears normal to me,” Jose said as he showed Dr. Johnson the clear fluid he had collected on his glove and looked up at my reddening face.

“That’s just normal pre-ejaculate because he is aroused,” Dr. Johnson commented, “If there was abnormal discharge or other symptoms of an STD, STD testing would be indicated and you would collect swabs.”

“So that is a standard male genital exam,” Dr. Johnson commented as Jose released my throbbing penis and walked over to the counter. Glad that was over, I quickly pulled up my shorts.
