“Dr. Hollis, your next patient is ready for you,” One of the nurses called from the entrance of the break room. I got up and went over to her.

“Has she been weighed and everything?”

“Yes, including the height, blood pressure, and urine sample.”

“Thank you, Holter,” I replied then proceeded to head down to exam room 206. My next patient was a girl by the name of Maris Green.

A few minutes later, I entered the room and found her sitting on the exam table. She was wearing a floral blouse and a pair of red shorts. She already had her shoes off.

“Good afternoon, Ms. Green. I am Dr. Debra Hoss and I will be doing your physical today. How are you feeling today?”

“I am fine, Dr. Thank you.”

I grabbed the clipboard with her file on it and pulled my chair up to her.

“I understand you are here for a sports physical for your high school, is that correct?

“Yes.”

“What school do you go to?

“John B Alexander High School right here in Laredo.

“What grade are you in and what team are you trying to join?”

“Eleventh and I’m trying to get onto the Volleyball team. Before I can try out I need this physical.”

“I understand that your height, weight, blood pressure, and urine sample have already been taken so I’m gonna get right to it. I’m going to start with your ears, eyes mouth, and neck.”

“Okay.”

With everything covered, I got to work. I take my otoscope and insert it into her right ear. After getting a good reading, I move over to her left. Same result, positive reading. I put my otoscope back in my pocket and take out my mini flashlight for the eye check. Maris was perfectly still throughout the brief process then I told her to open her mouth and shined the light in there.

Next, I placed my hands on both sides of her neck and told her to cough. She gave a few quick coughs and I felt nothing out of the ordinary.

“Ok Ms. Green everything checks out with your head and neck exam, now we’re about to get into the more thorough part of this exam. This will be a full-body exam which includes a vaginal exam and rectal temperature. Do you understand?”

“Yes, Doctor.”

“Now stand up so I can undress you to your underwear.”

Maris hopped down from the table and I popped the two buttons on her shorts. After tugging down her zipper I grabbed the shorts and they came straight down revealing a pair of brown bikini panties then I undid the seven buttons on her blouse and pushed off her shoulders revealing a blue lace bra with her ample white cleavage in all its glory. Noticing the front clasp, I popped it open and removed it.

“I thought you said you were going to undress me to my underwear?” Maris said.

“I can get better heart reading when your chest is fully exposed. Now bend over for the spinal check.”

Maris turned around and bent all the way to the point where her hands were nearly touching her toes. I ran my hands down her back slowly and carefully to check for any abnormalities. I found none. Since she was still bent over, I decided now was the time for the rectal temp. Without warning, I pulled the thermometer out of my pocket and pulled her panties aside so I could insert it. It went into her bottom like a glove, she grunted when I tweaked it a little.

“Hold still, until the beep,” I said. Two minutes later, it beeped and I pulled it to check the result. “Ninety-eight point six, not bad. Now I'm going to check your breasts. She rose back to the standing position then I slid hands from her hips up to her breasts. I could best describe them as soft and bouncy as I felt them, then concluded my exam of them with a few taps on the side.

“Lay back on the table, please.”

She went back over to the table, then positioned herself as instructed I used my stethoscope to check her heartbeat. She was doing a great job cooperating and I encouraged her to keep on breathing as I kept listening.

A few seconds later, I moved down to her stomach and began palpating her stomach, her stomach like her breasts were soft to the touch. I moved my hand around some more and slightly went into the upper part of her panties.

I’m going to take one more listen with the stethoscope and then we’ll finish with the vaginal exam.”

Okay, Maris replied then I slipped the stethoscope into her panties and placed it right above her pubis. After I few seconds of listening, I concluded that everything was good and now it was time for one more thing before the finish.

“Ok Maris, we’re almost at the end, stick your legs up in the air please.”

She put her legs presenting her butt perfectly in the diaper position then I removed her panties. After tossing them aside, I parted the lips of her vagina and shined a light into her entrance. After looking closely for a full minute, I concluded my exam and cleared her to get dressed.
