Robert was 18, about to start college. His university required an extensive physical exam, and faxed the form to his local clinic. He made an appointment with Dr. Johnson, for a Friday at 2:00. Soon the date rolled around. He was checked in pretty quick, as the clinic was dead on a Friday afternoon. A Hispanic nurse named Jessica asked him a few preliminary questions, and then led him to an exam room. As she bent down to get her equipment out of a drawer before she walked, Robert couldn't help but notice the line of her thong showing through her scrubs! "Wow!" he thought, gazing at her massive rear. Jessica opened the door and he told him she would be taking his vitals. First, she rolled up his sleeve and took his blood pressure. "Perfect!" she said as she read the reading. Next, she took his pulse. Jessica made another remark that it looked great. "Now, we have to take your temperature. Our pediatric clinic policy states that these must all be done rectally." Jessica told him. Robert protested, saying he was about to go to college, and he hadn't had that done since he was a kid! Jessica said she was sorry (although she wasn't, this was almost her favorite part!). "Just slide your pants down and lay flat on the table for me hon" she told him. Robert unbuckled his khakis and slid them down to his ankles. He whipped his head around and saw Jessica grab a small tub of Vaseline and a pillow. "Lift up your hips" she instructed further. Jessica slid the pillow under his hips, raising his bottom. "Now, I don't want you to be embarrassed!" Jessica said as she snapped on a latex glove. She hooked Robert's boxers down to his ankles. Robert felt quite odd with his almost fully-grown genitals smearing the pillow. She dipped her finger into the tub and picked up a massive glob of Vaseline. "Spread your legs for me please" she said and took off Robert's pants and boxers from his ankles so he could comply. Robert spread his legs, and soon felt one hand separating the center of his ass cheeks. The target of the thermometer was now wide open, and Robert felt the cool air of the room on his hole. Jessica then slid the glob of Vaseline up and down his crack, and finally slipped the tip of her finger in. Her long, slender fingers send a chill up Robert's spine. Robert then turned his head to the other side and realized the door was still open! He mentioned this to Jessica, but she assured him that no more patients would be in for the day, and that most of the staff had left. Jessica then slipped the thermometer deep into his rectum. The chill of the thermometer made him jump and squirm! Jessica told him it would be okay, patted the small of his back, and pulled his shirt down to cover the top half of his exposed cheeks. She then left the room, leaving Robert bare-assed with the thermometer sticking out of his bottom. She returned after about five minutes, and read his temperature, saying it looked fine. Jessica told him he could leave his pants off, as he wouldn't need them, and told him to strip down to his socks and handed him a gown.
