Clinic Visit with a Happy Ending

Dream Treatment, Part 2

After work, Kim headed to her therapy appointment. She had sought a therapist to help her address nagging personal behavior issues - particularly her propensity for procrastination and poor decision making. Professionally, these traits were never an issue but in her non-work life, they were a real problem. The most critical issue was due to her procrastination, she had filed extensions on multiple years of tax returns and now the task seemed unsurmountable. She often delayed and then forgot about other important deadlines - like renewing the registration on her car - and then faced tickets and fines when she was stopped by the police. To help get her back on track, she had found her therapist, Michelle, through a recommendation of a co-worker. Michelle had definitely helped her make progress against her goals. Michelle's methods were a bit unorthodox - administering sound spankings at the end of each session - causing Kim to approach each meeting with a bit of trepidation.

Today she was particularly nervous. She had missed the deadline that Michelle had set to file the oldest year of her taxes. The plan was to approach the task incrementally, and set specific tasks, goals and deadlines to chip away at the problem. Missing a deadline would have painful consequences, and yet rather that put in the time the past weekend to finish the paperwork, she had gone out with friends. Driving over to Michelle's home, she thought about any other recent behaviors that might be trouble. She tracked her eating, exercise, sleep and alcohol intake on a shared spreadsheet. All of those were on track this time and no other surprises like the expired car registration that had earned her a longer than usual paddling last time. Then she recalled the highly unprofessional finish to her appointment with her old friend, Walt, earlier in the day. Giving a patient a hand job was not specifically on the her watch behavior watch list, but revealing the episode to Michelle would undoubtedly intensify the spanking she was certainly receiving today.

The first part of any session was text book behavioral therapy, discussion of actions, outcomes, intentions and perceptions. Michelle received the news of the missed tax submission with equanimity. Her response was never anger or disappointment but Kim knew that behind the calm exterior, Michelle was calculating the appropriate response. As the conversation portion of the appointment drew to a close, Michelle asked, "Anything else happen this week?" Kim momentarily considered mentioning the happy ending she had given Walt but then decided against it. Michelle noted the hesitation, knowing something was being concealed but letting it slide...for now. "Ok. As always, tax-related matters merit the paddle," she announced extracting a frat-style paddle from a cabinet. "Assume the usual position." Kim complied moving an open area in the center of the room, doffing her yoga pants and panties and bending over with her hands on her knees. She flinched as Michelle tapped the oak board against her bare cheeks. "Count these," Michelle instructed.

"One!" Kim shrieked with the first. She thought about how seeing Walt today had cause a flood of memories. "Two!!" Her impromptu decision to stroke him there in the exam room was uncharacteristically bold for her. "Three!!" She was herself wet and aroused by the thoughts of Walt's cock in her hand and the pain in her bottom growing with each swat. When she yelled, "Ten!" she was certain that Michelle could sense her arousal. She hastily excused herself and hurried out to her parked car. She slid low in her seat and looked around. It was dark and the street was quiet. Her hand slipped inside her her panties and rather quickly brought herself to climax. She drove home with her lower body tingling. Again she thought about Walt and whether he might welcome some more intimate attention, this time in a non-clinical setting.
