"AH!" Maggie shouted as she felt a sudden sharp pain from her left lower back. She tried to turn and stretch her leg to pull her hip muscle, but her leg wouldn't even bulge.

Anthony looked over and realised that Maggie was in severe pain. He quickly went over and helped her out as he saw her struggling to stretch. "What happened?" He asked frantically as he quickly called their coach.

"My leg... I can't move it at all..." Maggie cried out as the back pain continues to torture her and the shock from not being able to move her leg kills her.

"Hello?" Anthony said on the phone. "I think Maggie pulled something, her whole leg can't move right now." He quickly transferred the information calmly to the coach and awaited for further instructions.

"Bring her to the ortho upstairs, they should at least have a doctor residing in the building, I'll come as soon as I land," The coach said. He was overseas for another competition and is landing the next day.

Anthony quickly packed both of their stuff and carried Maggie to the ortho center as instructed. He saw the lights still on and rushed into it while carrying Maggie. Maggie was still crying.

"What's wrong?" The nurse asked as she quickly rolled out a bed to put Maggie in.

"We were stretching and she suddenly said her leg can't move at all." Anthony said as he put her down carefully and fumbled out their IDs to get the records from the computer.

The nurse went to Maggie and asked what was wrong.

"My back suddenly had this sharp pain, and then the next thing I know, my leg was paralysed," Maggie explained in tears.

"I'm going to get you to the doctor right now," The nurse rolled the bed with Anthony as she continued to ask further questions. "Have you felt pain in other places recently?"

"My hip sometimes are in pain but it's just momentary, it goes away after a few minutes," Maggie said as she calmed down a bit. She continued to hit her legs and suddenly, she regained conscience. "Oh? I can move again!" She shouted as she wiggles her toes and bends her knee.

"Calm down," The nurse said. "Don't move too much until we see the doctor, okay?"

Maggie nodded and just rested on the bed as they waited for the doctor to come in. "I'm sorry, Anthony... You probably have stuff to do tonight."

Anthony smiled. "No problem, your health is more important than homework. You're lucky I stayed for this session, or else you would have been alone!" He said as he sat down next to her bed.

The nurse took her temperature and blood pressure for vitals and just let the two of them chat as they waited for the doctors.

"It's probably just painkillers, right?" Maggie asked the nurse.

"You will probably need an MRI considering it might be a spinal nerve problem. But painkillers are almost for sure." The nurse said.

"An MRI?" Maggie was surprised, she wasn't expecting this. She has been having back pain for around 3 years now, but it has never been this bad. She just took painkillers and it usually heals it.

"Hello!" The doctor entered as he saw the 3 of them in the room. The nurse left as soon as the doctor came as Maggie had a friend with her inside.

"Hello!" Both of them greeted.

"So... What happened?" The doctor asked.

"I finished training, and was just cooling down as my back suddenly started to have this sharp pain. The next thing I know, my left leg couldn't move and it lasted until a few minutes ago," Maggie reported as she is fully calmed down from 30 minutes ago.

"Have you been having back pain recently?" The doctor asked.

"Yes, it has been bothering me for around 3 years now. But painkillers usually do the trick." Maggie said.

"Any hip pain?"

"Hip pain is pretty recent, I'd say around 4 months?" Maggie recalled.

"And your leg?"

"My leg is just sometimes numb, it's not very bad."

"And I assume this paralysing feeling is a first for you?"

"Yes, this never happened. The back pain today is also the worst in this year, I think," Maggie said.

"Have you been having troubles going to the toilet?"

"Uh..." Maggie was flabbergasted, how did he know?

"Yes?" The doctor looked at her with one eyebrow raised, indicating that this is important.

Anthony sat there while not knowing what to do even just as a friend. He was older but he didn't know how to react, it sounds pretty serious.

"I... a little with peeing..." Maggie almost whispered.

"What is the trouble?" The doctor asked.

"It leaks..." Maggie's face is now getting redder and redder.

"Can you control any of it?" The doctor asked.

"Sometimes..."

The doctor typed a bunch of stuff on his computer. "How about pooping?" He continued to ask.

"It's okay..." Maggie turned her head away.

"When was your last bowel movement?"

"A few days ago?" Maggie said as she tried to recall.

"Do you remember when you period was?"

"Around 2 weeks ago," Maggie reported.

"I'm going to perform some test with your leg, tell me when it hurts." The doctor said as he lifted her legs a bunch of times. Maggie didn't feel any pain at all.

"The leg seems fine, can you lie on your tummy so I can assess your back." The doctor said as he helped her turn around.

Maggie was wearing a sports bra with a t-shirt and a pair of tight leggings.

"I'm going to pull your t-shirt up." The doctor said as he pulled it towards her neck, exposing her whole back. He started pressing on the muscles around her spine, starting on the top. The t-shirt kept on falling back down. "Anthony, can you help me hold the t-shirt?" He asked for his help.

Anthony went over and grabbed her shirt in place as the doctor continued to press around her back. As he went to the left lower back, he started to be softer as that was the place where Maggie indicated pain.

"Tell me when it hurts." The doctor said as he pressed on a few spots. Once he hit that muscle, Maggie pointed out it's there.

The doctor went to check something and came back to continue to test out his theories. "I'm going to pull down your pants a bit." The doctor said as he pulled the leggings to expose her butt cheeks. He heard a pad in her underwear as he pulled down her pants. "Using a pad to hold the pee?" He asked.

Maggie squealed as she felt her leggings being pulled down, she nodded timidly as he asked her.

"It's just us here, don't worry." The doctor ignored her fighting legs as he continued to press around her hips. Both hips seemed weak to the doctor as Maggie pointed out that it was quite painful when he pressed on the side muscles.

"It looks like caudo equina syndrome now, considering your uncontrolled bathroom problems. You'll get an MRI scan to clarify where the disk or the problem is." The doctor said as he cleaned his hands and covered her with a blanket before rolling her to the MRI scan.

He asked a few more questions about pregnancy, and different health conditions before starting the machine. "You'll have to undress completely and change into this gown. If you need help, you can have your friend help you."

Anthony looked at Maggie to see if she needed help. "I'm okay." Maggie muttered as she changed out of her athletic gear into the gown. The 2 guys went out of the room for that.

The doctor scanned her to make sure there was no metal and pulled the gown up to expose her vagina and buttocks. Maggie immediately bent down and covered herself as she didn't understand the purpose at all.

"This is going to take 40 minutes, I'll have to put a diaper on you." The doctor said as he whacked her hands out of the way. "Go lie on the bed." He ordered as he took out the things needed for a teen diaper.

Maggie gasped as she heard the word diaper, she had been avoiding diapers by using a pad for this few months! She only used a diaper when she sleeps occasionally if she hasn't had a poop in a long time! Not to mention, she has to be diapered in front of her captain?

"I'm... I'm going to be fine!" Maggie almost squealed as she really didn't want to be in a diaper in front of her captain.

"Don't argue with your doctor, it's in the rule book of the athlete handout. I'm doing this to protect you and the machines," The doctor said as he cleaned his hands again. He went over to Maggie and pulled the whole gown up to just below her breast. "Lift your hips for me please, the bottom also has to go that far up." Maggie obeyed as a few tears escaped her eyes. The gown was up to her breast and it could easily fall and expose her whole body. She was extremely aware that Anthony was still in the room although he tried to give her as much privacy as he could. Maggie's hands flew to cover her vagina as soon as she lifted her hips.

"Don't try to cover yourself," The doctor ordered as he pulled the hands out of the way and slipped a diaper pad under her bottom. "Anthony, can you come and help me hold her legs up for me please?"

Anthony was shocked as he was turning around the whole time to give all the privacy to Maggie as he could. Now he had to touch her? He started slowly walking over as the doctor told him the position he needed.

Maggie cried even more as she heard the order, as she cried even more, she started leaking urine over the diaper pad. The doctor shook his head as he saw the athlete this injured. It was as if Maggie didn't know she peed herself, so the doctor waited for a while before asking. "When was the last time you peed? Or you felt you leaked because you cannot control yourself?"

Maggie's face went all red and tried to recall the last time she felt pee. "In training just now?" She guessed as she couldn't remember at all.

"You just peed yourself a few seconds ago, did you not feel that?" The doctor asked. Anthony tried to peak between her legs and saw the yellow liquid on the pad, she was this injured? How did she even train?

"I didn't!" Maggie quickly dismissed it ignorantly.

"I just saw it come out of you," The doctor said impatiently. "Never mind, we're going to help you with that. Anthony, lift her legs up as I just showed you."

Anthony went closer and held her ankles up and pushed it towards Maggie before bending her knees as wide as he could so that the feet were right next to her vagina. Maggie cried even more when she was put into this position by her captain. As she was being moved, the gown that was on her breast also fell down, exposing her whole breast to Anthony who was right next to that area. Anthony tried his best to not look, but it was either the breast or the vagina no matter if he turns left or right.

As Maggie cried, the doctor saw more pee leak out of her, and concluded that she couldn't even feel herself leaking. He quickly wiped her clean with baby wipes and applied oil and powder to avoid rashes. Maggie was very sensitive towards touch down there, and her reflex in her legs show how uncomfortable she was. The doctor put on the diaper and ordered Anthony to put her legs back down.

"Okay, we're all set now," The doctor said as he saw Maggie's face again. As he looked, he saw her breast being hard and the nipples pointing. He smiled to himself as he helped her stand up and walk to the machine. The gown quickly fell into place and he scanned her one more time for metal before letting her enter the machine.

"Don't move while the machine is working. I'll let you know when it's done. If you feel yourself leaking or pooping, let it happen and we can deal with it later, okay?" The doctor ordered.

"Yes..." Maggie wept a bit.

"Here is a button you can press if you feel uncomfortable at any time. The machine is loud but it isn't that scary, you'll be fine." The doctor said as he started the machine and just stayed outside with Anthony.

The MRI was taken successfully after 45 minutes as the doctor came back to help Maggie stand up. As she stood up, he placed his hands on her bottom to feel her diaper. He felt some stool inside and he knew Maggie knew she lost control again. Maggie's face turned red as she felt the hand on her bottom.

"Go back to the room you came from and stay there as I read your MRI report, it will take 15-30 minutes. I'll change your diaper and have you be placed in therapy immediately after. Sit down as you wait, I'll clean you up, don't worry. Make sure she sits down, her body is tired from this and her hip isn't that wrong," The doctor smiled and advised Anthony as he went to the room and read the pictures.

Anthony walked with her to the room without saying anything, he didn't know what to say.

Maggie didn't even want to sit down on the bed as she knew her diaper was filled. "The doctor said to rest your body... You should sit down or lay down..." Anthony slowly stated.

Maggie knew she should but she didn't want to. Anthony went over and helped her move to her bed and sat her down on the side. She felt the mush from the poop and she cried again. Anthony didn't really know how to respond but he tried her best to comfort her.

"It's going to be fine, once the report is out, we'll know what's wrong," He said.

Maggie just kept crying as she heard Anthony, this whole thing just got worse as Anthony literally witnessed the most embarrassing day of her life. What if he tells everyone on the team? What would the younger kids think of her?

"I won't tell anyone about this, if that's what you're worrying about..." Anthony said as he tried to read her mind.

"Thank you..." Maggie said.

Silence again.

The doctor came in to break the silence with the report after a while. He saw Maggie not putting her full weight as she sat down and he knew the reason why. He didn't address that but rather, he started with the report. "Good news is that we found the root of the problem, and we can fix that. Bad news is that you're going to be going on therapy for around 3 months, and you'll have to rest for minimum a month. Some people will have to rest after therapy too, but as you're still young, it's a maximum 3 months rest," The doctor said, resting for athletes are never good.

"3 months is not too bad." Anthony commented. "Our school season is in 5, you can recover before that!" He tried to think positively.

"But... National trials is in 3 months..." Maggie said as she counted the months in her head.

"You might have to miss that then, it depends on your recovery, of course," The doctor commented. "Turn around and lie down, I can tell you exactly where the injury is."

Maggie hesitated before lying down again.

"I told you, I'm going to clean you up after this, don't worry." The doctor said as he went over and pulled Maggie up and laid her down flat before turning her over in the position he needed. He pulled up the gown again and pressed on the muscles near the spinal cord. "This is where it all began, and it hit the nerves that controls you bladder and bowel movements, that's why you are peeing and pooping randomly." The doctor said as he explained in detail to Maggie what is happening. "You will be in for surgery tomorrow morning, and you'll be staying in the hospital for a few days. We can excuse you from your school and tell your coaches about it," The doctor said as he went to his computer and typed in what he needed for the preparations for absence for Maggie.

"Okay, I'm ready to clean you up from the mess you made just now. Can you turn around for me again?" The doctor said. Maggie obeyed and turned around as she pushed her gown down.

"Let's take off your gown before cleaning your bottom, I think some smeared on your gown and we want your bottom to be clean after this," The doctor said as he peaked into the gown and saw some urine stains from before putting on the diaper.

Maggie cried out, "No! Please keep it on..." She cried.

"It's fine, no one else is here, this is all for your own good. You'll be bathed soon also, it doesn't really matter," The doctor said as he pushed the gown all the way up, exposing her breast and just get it off her head. He threw the gown into the basket under his computer and took out the cleaning supplies needed for the cleaning up process.

The doctor placed the diaper pad under her hips again and untied her diapers to expose some mushy stool mixed with urine in the diaper. Anthony was shocked that Maggie did this at age 16, and didn't know how to react. The doctor opened her legs wider to check the thighs to see if they're dirty, he saw a little poop near the inner thighs and asked Anthony to hold up her legs again. Anthony obeyed which made Maggie cry even more.

The doctor wiped her clean for quite a while as she was pretty dirty. He wiped her front from the urine and her thighs first before wiping her buttocks. He pulled the diapers out and placed a towel under her to catch the excess urine she's going to have before her shower. He turned her sideways to wipe her anus and buttocks clean from the mess which took quite a while.

After he was done, he told Anthony to put her legs down. "Wait here for a while while I prepare the bathroom for your shower," He said as he left Maggie lying naked on the towel with Anthony next to her.

Maggie tried her best to cover her parts but it doesn't really help as she only has 2 hands. Anthony saw and took off her jacket to cover he upper body so she doesn't feel as awkward.

"Thanks..." Maggie said meekly. They were really close, but definitely not like this.

The doctor and nurse came in after a few minutes to say that the bath is ready.
