Mary was a college junior. She was hired by a medical office to transcribe the audio records of medical exams performed by Dr. Hall, an attractive 34-year old woman doctor. One day as she went to retrieve a batch of audio tapes to transcribe she noticed an envelope with what appeared to be a tape inside. Curiosity got the better of her. Mary wondered why the tape was kept separate from the others. She decided to take it home that evening to listen to it.

After dinner Mary popped the tape in her recorder. The first thing that can be heard is the nurse saying the tape recorder is turned on. The nurse goes on to tells the patient Dr. Hall keeps a record of all her exams for professional, liability and reference purposes. A male voice can then be heard asking about the privacy of the tape. The nurse assures him the tapes are kept confidential and are locked in the office only being available to specific employees. After some additional small talk she then tells him to undress completely and put on the gown laying on the exam table and that Dr. Hall will be in shortly.

The next sound is a knock at the door. The patient can be heard saying in a meek tone, “Come in.” Dr. Hall introduces herself and comments she sees the nurse prepared you for the exam.

Dr.Hall states, “It is Tuesday, November 15. Complete physical exam of Harold Weinstein, 54-year old male.”

After a few minutes of questions to the patient, Dr. Hall begins her examination. For the next 20 minutes her commands, his responses, and the discussions they have and the exam process are typical for any physical exam.

Next the doctor can be heard telling him to stand up. The crinkle of the paper on the exam table can be heard as well as the squeak of wheels that Mary assumed was a chair or stool being moved. Next Dr. Hall tells the patient to raise his gown so she can perform a genital exam. After a minute or so the next thing that can be heard is her telling him to turn his head and cough. He does. She tells him to cough again. He again complies. The patient can then be heard rather anxiously apologizing to the doctor.

Mary is not sure of what is going on until after a minute or so the doctor in an almost amused fashion exclaims, “Well Mr Weinstein it appears you’re rather enjoying your exam today.” He continues to apologize profusely. The doctor, apparently enjoying his predicament adds, “some of my male patients certainly show a similar reaction when I’m examining them but what we have here is quite rare.”

The doctor then tells him she needs to continue the exam even though he is in such a condition. Very sheepishly he responds, “I understand doctor, I will try and control myself.”

Dr. Hall then asks him when he last had a rectal exam. The patient mumbles in a timid, weak voice that he has never had one before. The doctor admonishes him. When she is finished verbally scolding him she tells him to mount the exam table on all fours for her. The crinkle of paper can be heard again and then the very loud snap of a glove. The doctor tells him she is going to spread his backside so she can visually check his anal opening. She can be heard saying the anal opening is a healthy pink color, no abnormalities found.

“OK. Mr. Weinstein I’m next going to insert a gloved, lubricated finger into your rectum," she announces cheerfully. The next audible sound is him making noises. The noises become louder and more excitable. It seems they are sounds of pleasure. He can be heard going o-o-o-o-o-o-o, then mmmmmmmmm. After a couple of seconds and another mmmmm he says in a sensual voice, “Oh doctor.”

The doctor is then heard telling him in a somewhat frustrated voice to try and remain still. After a few moments she says she cannot properly examine his rectum and prostate with him gyrating his pelvis back and forth on her finger. After a brief time the noises he was making begin again.

After another few moments the doctor then tells him to climb down off the exam table and stand in front of her. The sound of paper crinkling can be heard again. He is then heard saying he is sorry to the doctor for making it difficult for her to examine him. I’m embarrassed to say it just felt so good with your finger up inside of me.

It goes quiet again. The doctor speaks next telling him to turn around and bend over so she can try to examine him again this time in a different position. She next is heard to tell him to bend further and then directs him to reach back and spread his ass cheeks for her. He can be heard making oooo and mmmm sounds that get progressively more intense until it sounds like he is losing control.

After a rather long pause she tells him he can stand up and have a seat on the exam table. He in an ashamed voice apologizes again and tells her he doesn’t know what came over me.

After some small talk she tells him to lay down on his stomach she is going to take his temperature. In an astonished tone he states more than asks, "You’re going to take my temperature in my bottom.” Her curt response, “Yes!” He continues, “You’re just trying to get back at me for my behavior during the exam. But I guess I deserve it." After a number of seconds the doctor tells him to try and remain still so the thermometer stays in place. After a long silence he can be heard telling her in a docile voice, “You know Dr. Hall this is quite humiliating laying here naked with a glass tube sticking out of my butt while the woman who did it stands observing the scene.

”She almost immediately starts laughing and responds, “I bet it is.”

The silence is broken when she says OK we’re all done. You can get dressed. The crinkle of paper can be heard and he says, “Dr. Hall despite my school-boy behavior today I hope that you would consider being my regular doctor.”

The doctor again laughing says we’ll have to think about that and then in a raised voice goes on, “Now put your clothes on before I give you a smack on your naked ass.”
