When he came back to his senses some, he could feel that the helmet and mask were gone. He clearly heard boys around him and the beeping of his monitors. The bandages stuck a little but Eli didn't gasp as much when she pulled them off which was good. “Houri, get some more jell and fresh bandages.” Houri nodded and left the room. “Ok, fess up. I guess.” Norma nodded. “Ok, looks like you're back on schedule with the healing. I'm gonna have Houri give you some special hormones that will speed up the rest. I have to wait for the majority of pain to dissipate because if you're too tender the hormones can increase the pain you feel.” Eli gulped but nodded. Houri returned with a tray. Norma took the jell and liberally covered the site. Eli jumped a little and gasped. “Cold?” Eli nodded settling back down. “It'll warm soon.” She finished taking the fresh bandages and wrapping him lightly but snug. “Not to tight?” Eli shook his head. “It doesn’t hurt. Lady Crawford.” “Ok.” She recovered him and zipped him back in, turning to Houri and motioning for her to follow. Eli watched them leave the room and close the door. The new bandages felt nice and cool.
