After Breakfast, Cindy was led by Louisa, Pamela, Georgina, and Sheryl to a small room where there were several comfortable chairs and couches. Once they were all settled in, Louisa cleared her throat and everyone got quiet.

“Cindy, it is important that you understand a few things. This orientation meeting is to briefly outline for you the rules that you absolutely must understand and live by. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get comfortable with your new place in the world. You are no longer just a mortal child, you are a Witch and even though your powers are rudimentary compared to what they will be; you are nonetheless a very powerful force in the world of the Fragilis. You must never use your powers to harm them except to protect yourself or the Covens. This is not because they outnumber us but because it is not right. We survived while the Warlocks did not because we treat the Fragilis as our Hosts on this world and not as the Warlocks did, as cattle. We also do not use our powers against each other except in situations that will be clearly defined to you later. This was another mistake of the Warlocks; they fought among themselves until they were so weak that the Fragilis finished them off and nearly us too. This will never happen again!” She paused seeing that Cindy had a question. “Yes Dear what is it?”

“Were all of the Women that were burned at the stake…like us? You know in Salem and all over Europe in the dark ages and stuff?”

“No, no Dear, those poor women were not Witches at all. No Witch would ever allow herself to be caught like that and we would not expect them to allow themselves to be mistreated if they were. Fear not little one, the real Witch holocaust was long before even the time of the Egyptians. It was before we fully understood the process of making ourselves strong and we were weak by our standards today. The Warlocks were much stronger at the time, but their methods were lost when they were wiped out.”

Cindy turned to her Mom, “Mom, does Dad know?”

“Of course he does, the Husbands of Witches are special and know everything. They are usually the brothers of Witches and are groomed from a fairly young age to be the husbands of Witches. Other than them though, we try to let as few know as possible.” She nodded at Pamela, “Your little girl cousins will probably not ever know that Jane and you are Witches.”

“Probably?”

“Yes, there are exceptions to lots of rules and sometimes a Fragilis is told when there is a special need. There is also a rather rare circumstance when a second daughter will show sign of powers and be brought in. They are nearly always rather weak but we never miss a chance nonetheless to add to our numbers. The only reason we still exist after all these centuries is that we can sense the Witch in a child and are always on the look out for Fragilis born new Witches. They, because they receive their treatments later in life, never fully develop their powers but their Daughters will be full Witches. You must realize, because a Witch can only produce one heir, we are dependant on the Fragilis to keep us alive as a people. This is another reason to treat them with respect. The siblings of Witches are watched closely and if their first born is female and has the Witchy abilities they sometimes will be brought in so their daughters can be treated and be strong. This is another exception to the rules about who can know about us.” Sheryl nodded to Louisa.

Louisa continued, “When you go off to the Isis University of Witchcraft, you will learn all about this. Today we just want you to understand the gist of things. Developing your powers and learning to use them is your first objective. The second is how to find and bond with your mate. A Witch is only as strong as her Mate, they are our Familiars and compliment us in some rather,” She smiled and looked around, “pleasurable and interesting ways. Cindy your Mother is a very strong Witch; that is in part because she picked her Husband very carefully and was fortunate to find in him a very special partner.” She looked at Sheryl. “Have you talked to her about the Witchy birds and Bees?”

“She knows the facts but not that part yet. I didn’t see any point in it until now.”

Louisa tisk tisked at her, “Well that is one of those things that each handles according to their own beliefs. I always worry about them when they are not well informed. What if she fell in love?”

Sheryl answered, “I watched closely and made sure she understood that sex and love are not the same thing. If she had started falling in love I would have intervened.”

“What is it that I need to know? I don’t understand! I am not like, a virgin or anything; Mom told me all about sex and stuff.” Cindy asked, being a little defensive of her Mom.

Louisa grinned at her and everybody chuckled. “I was not being critical of your Mother Dear; it is just a difference in method. Now, as to you not being a virgin, was the young man special to you, and are you still with him?”

Cindy laughed, “Actually he wasn’t all THAT special and no we are not going together anymore.”

Louisa grinned back at her, “We will teach you how to see that all of your young men are VERY special. Who is tickling your fancy for you now if he isn’t in the picture? And Sweet Heart, don’t even try and tell us nobody. You see, one of the things about Witches that makes them special, is tied to the fact that we ALL have tremendously strong sex drives. Once a Witch becomes sexually active, she is NOT going to do without! This is why I think a Girl needs to be…encouraged in her lovemaking by her Family. It is so sad when they are not and develop all kinds of guilt complexes about something over which they have no control. An eighteen year old virgin witch is about as likely as seeing snow in August in Miami.”

“Why would they feel guilt?” Cindy asked.

Louisa looked over at Sheryl, “I see what you mean. I applaud your methods, without telling her you seem to have just raised her such that it was not necessary.”

Sheryl smiled, “Exactly.”

Louisa continued her soliloquy, “Your mate when you find him Cindy will make you a strong Witch because he will encourage your high sex drive and keep you in a state of almost constant sexual excitement. Until that time you will be encouraged to sample and experience as many liaisons as possible. One of the very first things that you will be taught in Witchcraft 101 is how to protect and control your body. Witches do NOT get diseases or pregnant or even have a male first child; all of these are things they can control and prevent. There is absolutely no reason for a young witch to not enjoy her pleasures to the fullest. The young men around the University are there for that very reason; they are almost all, siblings of witches and will be Husbands of witches someday. Not everyone was as fortunate as your Mom and Aunt and not all Witches have as traditional a marriage as they do. I would hazard to say that most Witches have at least two husbands. Because of our high sex drive the men seldom have issue with this and it is also another reason to marry within the fold of the covens. There have been a few successful outside marriages but all too many end up tragically. If a Witch and her husband split, not something that happens very often I might add; the man knows that he will find another Witchy bride soon. An outsider might decide he wants out and that is rather complicated. Our secrets are closely guarded.”

“You don’t turn them into a toad or something do you!!!!!??????” Cindy blurted.

This brought on fits of hysterical laughter from everyone in the room. Louisa finally managed to quit laughing enough to wipe her eyes and say quickly between bouts of giggles, “Great Goddess no!!! We just have to make them forget; we would NEVER turn anyone into anything like that.”

Cindy asked softly, “But you could?”

“We could but never would, the release of energy would be tremendous because of the difference in mass and it would be almost impossible to reverse, far better to turn them into a pig or donkey. That is an easy return spell. One of the things you will learn is that nothing is free and without cost. Witchery is especially costly because you provide much of the energy that starts the ball rolling. A change like from a toad back to a man would very likely destroy both the witch and the man.”

“Why wasn’t I just told that this is why I needed all those enemas and stuff? And I don’t think I understand yet why the spankings are necessary.” Cindy wondered.

“You were not told because if you were so strong willed and impulsive that you gave your Mom too much trouble about either of them, we would not have wanted you to ever become or even know about Witchery. As we told you earlier, the undoing of that mistake is real bad. You can’t just make a Witch forget like a Fragilis. They also teach you self control and increase your tolerance for pain. Some spells are so costly that they are very painful to cast. You need to be able to concentrate and function under strain and pain.”

“Will I always need the enemas?”

“As long as you live they will be a part of your life. Very soon, they will be a BIG part of your life. When you go to School, You will find that the enemas will be something much different. You see as you are at the school learning how to be a good and strong Witch, the young men at the school learning how to be good and powerful lenses to focus their future wives powers. They take classes in sexual skills, Enema giving, Witchy power dynamics and yoga exercises as well as all the regular classes you would get from a regular University.”

“When you graduate your diploma will reflect your efforts in your classes and be made so that they will be from a fully accredited University that you and a counselor will chose. Your records and even the memories of a few of your Fragilis Professors will all be in place and nobody can ever prove that you did in fact not graduate from there. You will be fully qualified in what ever course of education you choose. If you wish a diploma from Harvard, then your classes, grades and level of effort will need to be at that level. If you want to goof off you will get your diploma from a lesser known school such as a community college.”

“Anyway back to the good stuff. You will find that there are ALWAYS any number of young men who want nothing more than to be permitted to demonstrate to you their expertise at giving both enemas and sexual gratification. You will find them many times superior to the amateur liaisons you are now used too. All of the young men are, because of both their breading and training, very into the giving and receiving of enemas. It will forever play a big part in your sexual life once you have gotten into the school scene.

“While we are on this subject, you will also find that there is far more to the giving and receiving of spankings than you ever imagined. This also is part of the Witchy way, we are not sure if it is nature or nurture, but the D/s, Domination and submission, theme is strong in all of us and at the school, it is a common form of play as well. The more intense your passions are inflamed, the more powerful your spells will be. Do you have any other questions?”

“Millions!!”

Laughing Louisa told her, “Well that is normal too, but first we have a little demonstration for you to partake in. One of the young men has been brought here to give you your first Adult treatment. I believe you will find it VERY interesting. For this first time I highly recommend that you allow your two sponsors to accompany you on this excursion, but you are an adult now in this and the decision is yours.”

Cindy turned blood red, “Mom, A STRANGER!!?? Do I Gotta?”

“Yes Dearest, this is a “you gotta” sort of thing. Do you wish your Aunt Pam or I to go with you?”

“Please, both of you if you want, but at least one of you. I can’t believe this!!!”

Pamela leaned forward and kissed Cindy on the cheek, “We will both be honored to be there to share this with you. It is a rite of passage and something you will remember for the rest of your life.”
