Here’s a teaser from my newest release. It's a darker, more twisted and sinister medfet story, different from anything I've written before, and my longest story yet…

Without another word, Dr. Wilde left her side and washed his hands again. Jessica merely watched him as he moved about the room. Finishing at the sink, he approached her again. “You have beautiful breasts, Jessica,” he said. “Let’s find out how healthy they are.” He began a typical breast exam, first pressing his fingers up into her armpit, feeling her lymph nodes. He did this gently at first, then more roughly, forcing his fingers up into her armpit until she gasped in pain. A satisfied smile crossed his face. He began to circle her breast as in a normal exam, spiraling in until he reached her nipple. He pressed down hard on her nipple, making her gasp again, then firmly grasped it between his thumb and forefinger, squeezing and twisting it at the same time until she cried out. She saw the same smile again – he seemed to enjoy inflicting pain and especially seeing her react to it. He walked around to the other side of the table, and repeated the same routine on her other breast. She tried to deny him the satisfaction, to withhold her reactions, but that only caused him to push further. He would keep going until he got the reaction he wanted. If she reacted prematurely, he knew better, and seemed to punish her even more strongly for trying to beat him at his own game.

His slightly sadistic version of the standard breast exam was complete, but he wasn’t done with her breasts yet. Cupping one hand around each of them, he bent down to put his face close to hers again, and squeezed them hard. Jessica whimpered, and he spoke to her. “I like you, Jessica,” he said. “I really am doing this to benefit both of us, and it can if you let it. The more you fight me and play games, the more difficult this will be for you. But if you’re a good girl and you cooperate, you just might learn something about yourself.” She stared back at him, not responding. He adjusted his grasp so that he once again had a firm hold on her nipples, and pinched them hard enough to turn his thumbs white.

“Ahh!!” Jessica cried out, her eyes tearing up once again.

“Do you think you can try to behave for me?” Dr. Wilde asked.

Biting her lip, Jessica nodded. Was it self-preservation? Or was she perhaps partially curious about what he had in store for her and what it was he thought she might learn about herself? She wasn’t sure, but she knew fighting wouldn’t help.

“Good,” he said, and he released his grip on her nipples. He smiled, and again she saw that slight twinkle of endearment in his eyes. She was almost starting to believe that he really was partial to her and meant her no harm. He turned, and, removing a key from his pocket, unlocked a cabinet in the corner of the room. From it, he removed a device she had never seen before, but it wasn’t hard to guess where it would be used. It consisted of two round plastic cups with rubber seals, connected to tubing which in turn connected to a handheld air pump identical to the one attached to any manual blood pressure cuff. Jessica’s eyes widened as he turned to face her again and began to place the cups over her breasts.

“What is that?” she asked warily...
