Amy flinches at the touch of two cool, gooey fingers touching her introitus. She tenses her legs and curls her toes as the doctor’s fingers begin their invasion of her tight vagina. As his long, thick fingers go deeper, she draws in a sharp breath and lifts her hips, making the table paper crinkle. The doctor says “Try not to tense up, take a slow, deep breath and relax your abdomen, you will feel less pressure.” Amy tries her best to relax, but it doesn’t help ease the feeling of fullness inside her.

Amy feels the doctor’s knuckles up against her bare, firm, shapely buttocks, his fingers finally fully inserted deep in her vagina. She feels the doctor’s ungloved left hand on her lower abdomen, right above her buttery soft, hairless mons pubis. She feels the doctor’s internal fingers rotate 360 degrees, fully palpating her vaginal canal. He then uses his two fingers to wiggle her cervix. He asks Amy “Do you feel any pain while I move your cervix?” Amy replies in almost a whisper “No.” The doctor says “That’s good, no cervical motion tenderness. Now I will palpate your uterus, then your ovaries. You will feel pressure, but no pain. If you feel any pain, let me know.” Amy closes her eyes, trying to think about her track tournament this weekend, in an attempt to calm her nerves and relax.

Amy feels the doctor press firmly down on her lower abdomen with his left hand, while using his fingers in her vagina to press upward on her cervix. She tenses her glossy, light gray nylon covered calves, as the doctor firmly and thoroughly palpates her uterus. She feels the vaginal fingers shift to her right lower quadrant, as well as the doctor’s left hand. He presses deeply into her abdomen while “trapping” her right ovary with his vaginal fingers, and begins palpating it. Amy winces as she feels a lot of pressure, and a twinge of dull pain from her ovary. The doctor says “I’m sorry I have to press down so firmly, but it is the only way to feel your ovaries, they are difficult to find and palpate. Almost done checking your ovaries.” Amy feels his hand and internal fingers shift to her left lower quadrant, and he repeats the firm palaption on her left ovary. Amy curls her glossy nylon clad toes very tight, and flexes her glossy, nylon covered, chiseled calves as she feels that pressure and dull twinge of pain again, this time on her left ovary.

The doctor, satisfied that all feels normal with Amy’s uterus and ovaries, stops his palpation and slowly removes his fingers from Amy’s vagina. She feels relief as his fingers leave her, but she knows the worst part is next………
