In order to maintain a pleasant and enjoyable environment for everyone, there are a number of rules that you are required to adhere to whilst using these forums. Please take the time to read the rules below and pay attention to them.

Anyone who breaks the rules may be banned.

General Rules

DO

  • Be Nice and Polite, Every member deserves to be treated with respect. Positive and polite posts create a friendly and welcoming environment that all members will feel comfortable in.
  • Think Before Posting, Sensible, well thought-out and legible posts help other members understand what is being explained.
  • Write in standard English (NO textspeak, baby talk, etc.), complete with punctuation and capitalization. It's easier to read, especially for non-native speakers, and more effective for searches.
  • Post in Relevant Section, Posting in the most relevant section will ensure threads are seen by members most interested in the subject. Threads posted in the wrong section will generally be moved by moderators. Also links to videos only in Links to videos and personal ads to Classifieds directory and not into Forum.
  • Remain on Topic, Threads should remain on the topic that they are discussing, they should not be discussing other topics. A new thread should be made for a new discussion.
  • Report Content, Reported content is sent to staff members for review. If a post needs staff attention because it breaks the rules, needs to be modified or moved the report system is the correct way to alert the staff.
  • Name your thread appropriately. The subject title should sum up / explain the content in the thread. If you fail to name your thread properly (such as 'I have question', ‘Hey!’ or ‘Check this out!’ or ‘Help!’), we will either rename or remove the topic. Repeated offense will lead to infractions. The practice of using CAPITALS only in your thread title or post, or all in bold lettering is not allowed and will be edited or the thread and or post will simply be deleted.
  • Post in English, French or German. We need to be able to read what is posted to be sure that it is acceptable. Post in the appropriate language for the section or your post will be deleted.

DO NOT

  • Flame, Provoke, or Troll, Do not insult or flame other members of the forum. Similarly, do not post with the intention of provoking a reaction from fellow members. This includes encouraging flame wars. Instigation is not tolerated. If you have a problem with another member of the site, you may ask a moderator or the administrator to investigate and they will intervene if necessary.
  • Advertise, Do not use Zity.biz to generate traffic to other web sites. Do not advertise professional services (dominatrix, dungeon, etc). Any commercial activities are not permitted on Zity.biz
  • Behave in a Malicious or Disruptive Manner, Do not behave in a manner that can cause distress, harm or inconvenience to other members, staff or the forum itself. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination, bullying, offensive material, suicide notes, threats, breaching others' privacy and accessing others' accounts without permission.
  • Post illegal topics, Prohibited topics include, but are not limited to:
    • Incest
    • Drugs (including cannabis, CBD oil/hemp and poppers)
    • Religion/Religious
    • Politics
    • Racism
    • Homo/trans -phobic content
    • Videos and images showing violent death or serious injury
    • Piracy
    • Threats of violence or harassment, even as a joke
    • Soliciting, begging, auctioning, selling, advertising, referrals
    • Discrimination
    • Scat
    • Content dealing with snuff (material depicting the actual murder, death, dismemberment of human beings, causing great or permanent bodily harm, or death ).
    • Necrophilia, cannibalism.
    • Zoophilia/bestiality.
    • Underage material
    • Guns or talk of weapons
    • Covid-19 (coronavirus)

Prohibition may be suspended for some threads if they are found to be suitable by the Moderation (such as scientific debate).

If there is doubt, the Moderation Team can decide whether a topic is considered illegal. Also external links to prohibited subject are forbidden.

  • Discuss or promote dangerous activities - Activities discussed in an unsafe or dangerous manner, are prohibited on this site. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to, and including, bans. It is assumed that most activities discussed on this site have a level of risk attached to them, but blatant violation of basic safety and good practice is not permitted.
  • Try to trick your way into the Bonus member group, by flooding the Forum with nonsense postings. Once you are found out trying, you are banned and all your posts are deleted.
  • Write duplicate posts. They are deleted.
  • Copy-paste others' posts. No copying and pasting of writings by other members.
  • Make polls. Starting a forum topic that is a poll-type question, i.e., a questionnaire format asking multiple questions and seeking responses will be removed.
  • Post under-age images. Under-age images or videos are strictly prohibited. Any under-age material posted will be deleted, you will be banned, and your details passed to the relevant authorities as necessary.
  • Send unsolicited PMs, Spamming other members with private messages is unacceptable. Please respect that some members are not interested in chat. It's ok to ask a member, once, if they are interested in chatting or being friends, but do not send graphic or abrupt messages requesting or offering intimate contact to members who have not expressly indicated their interest, either in their profile, on the forum, or privately. "Hey, let's chat about ______! I like _____. Do you like ______? Have you ever had a guy give you an _____? I can give you an _____! I would love to give you an _____ babe! Do you have a boyfriend?" Users who ignore this will have their ability to send and receive private messages removed.
  • Do not pretend to be of the opposite sex. This site offers a selection of gender options, including a non-specific "other". We expect you never to mislead others though, neither in your profile nor in private conversation. Choosing "other" and telling people "I don't want to be put in a box" is completely okay. Pretending, for example, to be a 20-year-old female when in fact you are a +50-year-old male clearly isn't. In that case you will be banned.
  • Use of any download managers or offline downloading tools. Only normal internet browsers are allowed to view the site's content.
  • Consume an unacceptable amount of bandwidth (i.e. downloading every image on the site in one go) will be banned.
  • Engage in activities harmful to this web site, Such will result in a permanent ban.
  • Share an account with another person. Sharing an account with a partner (a "couples account" ) , a family member or any other person is not permitted. Each person accessing Zity must have their own account. Shared accounts will be detected and banned."
  • Create multiple accounts, Only one account is allowed per user. Users registering multiple accounts will be detected and banned. If your account is temporarily or permanently banned, do NOT create another account. Bypassing a ban will result in further action, and a permanent ban of all of your accounts. You are not allowed to have more than one account for any reason. If you share an internet connection with another user who has their own account, it might happen that this account is incorrectly identified as a secondary account - please get in touch with the Moderation or Administration to resolve such issues.
  • Machine generated member profiles are not permitted. Any such profile will be banned immediately.
  • Write I hate speech, Offensive terms such as "faggot" may or may not be bannable based on context of the sentence. If they were meant as humor with absolutely no offensive slurs meant, the user may not be banned or probated. This rule is completely, 100% subjective and is based on the mod reading the post at the time. Use at your own peril.

These rules are designed to be guidelines only, and not a definitive list of activities that should be refrained from. If a moderator or administrator disapproves of any behavior here, you will be warned, and banned if deemed necessary.

Respect the moderators. The moderators work voluntarily and they are here to keep the forums safe, sane, and secure. If they ask you to do something, please do it. Please do not harass or intentionally annoy the moderators. If you do not like the moderators or the moderation, feel free to not post here.

The display name for your account must not appear to be officially concerned with the running of this website. Administrators and moderators may require such display names to be changed.

Users with few or no posts may be deleted at any time to prevent lurkers from adversely affecting the performance of the site for contributing users. That said; anyone posting rubbish purely to increase their post count will be banned. This site is for sharing and anyone seen to be taking without giving anything back may well be living on borrowed time.

Zity.biz is a place for genuine human interaction. There are clear rules and boundaries for the use of AI generated content. Due to rapid technological progress in the field of machine generated texts or images we review and update those rules when we feel it is necessary. Members are advised to check the rules section at regular intervals.

We ask you to write all your texts yourself. Should your texts contain passages not written by you, be it from a book, the internet or a generative AI, you must mark such passages accordingly and specify the source. You must not post any texts that are protected by someone else's copyright.

Zity.biz takes NO responsibility for any links that are posted by members. These links are opened at your own risk. Zity.biz will NOT be held responsible for any damage caused to your device.

Administrators/Moderators reserve the right to change/edit/delete any content at any time if they feel it is inappropriate.

Regarding Underage Content

Content that speaks about underage experiences must be first hand personal experience only, not the experience of someone else. It should be for making sense of one's own past, and it must be made clear that the experience was formative. It must be clearly true and not fantasy. It must not be graphic in nature nor soliciting graphic content. It must be related in some way to actual kink in adulthood, and not an isolated question without any personal context for that question to be asked.

It is therefore NOT permitted to request or ask other members to provide their underage experiences if that request is not something you are also saying you have experienced yourself. Such requests or questions will be removed when moderators identify them.

Rules for stories

Stories containing any of the following are strictly forbidden:

  • Adults having sex with minors
  • Rape, Abuse, Violence
  • Incest
  • Character is underage. Underage is defined as anyone under 18
  • Illegal or illicit drugs or substances

Submissions found to be in violation of these rules may be removed and the author's account suspended at the discretion of the site administrators and/or moderators. The site administrators reserve the right to modify these rules as needed.

All parts or chapters of multi-part stories should be placed in the same story for continuity and ease of reading.

Rules for Avatars

The Avatar image represents you. That little image is visible everywhere and for anyone, also for the Guest users. It’s shown next to every message you post.

Avatar images should respect good taste, so please avoid excessive nudity. It is highly preferred that the sex of the person in your Avatar corresponds to your sex.

It’s forbidden to have in the Avatar:

  • Total nudity. Person in image must wear at least small panties and bra.
  • Visible genitals or breasts.
  • An image of a child/minor.
  • An image representing sexual intercourse or other sexually suggestive activity.
  • An animated image (moving gif)
  • Disgusting, sickening or hateful image

All images not conforming to rules will be removed with or without notice. Disregarding these rules might lead to banning.

Rules for Images

Do not post images that do comply with the rules below. All images violating the rules are removed without warning and depending of the harmfulness of the case your account can also be removed and your access blocked:

  • No images without a clear relation to the web site theme. Humoristic images are the only allowed exception.
  • We absolutely do not allow any pictures of children or links to such galleries. Anyone posting such images or links to galleries with such images will be immediately banned and may be reported to the authorities.
  • No images of under aged person(s). Persons in the image must be over 18 years and they also must look like being over 18 years.
  • No scatology images.
  • No images from pay sites in great numbers. They are assumed to be tolerated by pay sites, as they serve advertising purpose, but only in small numbers. Respect the copyright statements in images and do not remove them.
  • No images whose author has clearly prohibited their publishing.
  • No images with excessive visibility of sex organs.
  • No images that are obscene, vulgar, incestuous, excessively violent nature, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist or which otherwise violate any local or international laws.

Avoid posting too repetitive images, photos with very little difference with others. Multiple very similar photos are not interesting other viewers and they just take valuable disk space for nothing.

We tolerate AI generated images as long as they are transparently marked as such. Do not upload images with identifiable faces of publicly known people (actors, musicians, politicians, and the like). We will automatically presume you do so without their consent, delete the image immediately and sanction you without further notice. Be warned that if you use any real person's face without their consent in a computer generated erotic/pornographic picture you are liable to prosecution. No matter how tempting it may appear to have the technological tools to build your pretty neighbour's face into imagery of your favourite sexual fantasy, it's both immoral and illegal.

The Webmaster or Moderators reserve the right to remove, with or without notice, any inappropriate photo or any redundant or repetitive photos from the site as they see fit, in accordance with the rules. If you re-send images of those that have already been removed, your account will be removed and your access blocked.

Rules/Etiquette for Chat

  • Be polite and respectful: It's nice to say hello when you first enter and to say something once in a while. You will be "Timed Out" if you sit quiet and don't say anything for 29 minutes. A warning notice will beep at you letting you know you will be timed out. At that point just say hello or click on an icon picture and you can remain in chat for another 29 minutes. Should you get Timed Out, just re-enter the chat room.
  • Stay in or stay out: It becomes a little bothersome if you are repetitively entering and exiting the chat room. Do your best not to continually come and go.
  • Lurking: If you are new, we understand that you may be shy and a little scared of what's going to happen, and we know that you might sit back and just take it all in to see how it works and the interactions going on. Be warned that if you continually come into the chat room and never say a word or rarely interact, this is called lurking and lurkers will be notified of this and possibly asked not to come back to chat.
  • Prohibited topics: The same general rules for zity.biz forums, stories and ads apply in the chat rooms. While adult fetish chat is permitted, extreme vulgarity or meanness is discouraged. If you desire to have very explicit chat with someone, please be respectful and do it through private messages or go to another room. If other chatters express concerns about subject matters or ask not to see such graphic conversations, please be respectful of others and cease the behavior.
  • No harassment: Please refrain from private messaging people who do not wish to receive the messages and please do not start off a private message with someone you've never met or do not know very well such as (example: Do you want to see my erect member?) If any member asks you not to message them or to stop messaging them, again, please be respectful.
