I like relaxing New Age music. Very soothing when taking a slow fill

The same alt rock I listen to any other time. Helps me relax, and focus, by giving my mind something to drift to!

No to the music. My sense of "hearing" is not one I am looking to stimulate during the procedure. :)

It's interesting to see more than a couple of people here that enjoy Tangerine Dream during an enema session. I am also a fan too of that group. Tangerine Dream is famous for producing music that evokes multiple moods in the duration of an album. During the 70's up to the mid 80's this group was churning out soundtracks for many movies. I have given many enemas while setting the mood with Tangerine Dream in the background. There are plenty of hills, valleys, plateaus, & peaking moments throughout TD albums typically. I feel this sort of music enhances the emotional aspects of enemas. Especially if you are the one recieving the enema. I would think lovers of sensual or d/s enemas alike might appreciate this group's music during an enema session. I know not everybody's tastes are the same... But it does make me happy to know that there are others here that enjoy this sort of music during enemas.

Nature sounds .... birds, thunder, rain, babbling brook, gurgling sounds... especially the gurgling sounds : )

Yes, always during my relaxing enemas. Depending on my mood, I choose a background of Baroque music (Marcello, Geminiani, Tartini, Albinoni) or of Celtic music.

Favs include Tangerine Dream (Phaedra, Rubicon, Ricochet), Klaus Schultz (Timewind, Moondawn, Body Love), and selected trance.

I have always liked the album (yeah, VINYL) "Snowflakes Are Dancing" by Tomita (RCA).
It is mainly Debussy light classical. Claire De Lune is the one that relaxes me the
most.

something to try

The colon therapist near us uses soft background music and scented candles during sessions. I would like to try nature sounds such as ocean waves with soft music.

Something trippy with Woodwinds. King Crimson's 'Lizard' or 'Islands'. Perhaps some Traffic (the band) with Steve Winwoods soothing vocals. Maybe even a bit of early-day Chicago.

The first enemas I administered were during thunder/rain storms. The sound of rain pelting gently against the windows put my female patients into very relaxed moods. Music that incorporates the sound of rainfall sound is a great help. Dr.X

I was actually going to pose this question, but I find there is already a thread.
I always listen to music, to relax, and cover any ambient noise. In college, I introduced my hippie girlfriend to weekly enemas, and she told me later that she always listens to the Doors while taking her enemas. Now, I put on a Doors playlist while taking my enemas. There is something primal and urgent about the music, it puts my head in a good space for an enema! I sometimes like electronica, as well.

I have used CDs with the sounds of thunderstorms and rain, or the sounds of the sea. Those really work for me!

When I was a kid and my parents were away, I'd put on loud rock music to do my own enemas!
I can imagine Mozart for relaxing enemas; perhaps Wagner for punishment ones?

Enema music suggestions:
Classical music is always good....though romantic era classics fit the mood better than triumphant war marches and such. Noctunes and Preludes by Debussy and Chopin are all excellent.
Mad Professor vs. Massive attack: This is this trippy remix of some other band I don't know...but it is brilliant for enema play, and kink in general. Great for flogging, rope bondage, and medical scenes. It sounds like bubbles of water at times, and video game music at times, but very ambient and psychedelic. This cd will put you in the right headspace.
I will let you know if I can think of any others.

If you really listen to the music. you forget you have an enema inside you. The same thing happens if you are reading a good book or magazine.

Willy, I think use of soothing music during a session is so common, at least in my experience, that it must be taught in colon therapy school. The therapists I have been given enemas by make sure the music is on during retention.

My colon therapist has very relaxing music playing all the while she is cleaning me out. I must admit that it certainly is a positive experience.

No, I never thought of it, but I am going to next time.

Music is a great mood motivator. Relaxing music is good if you want to just relax and mellow out. Whereas sexy music can set the tone for an erotic enema.

I like to have the Supremes or Dean Martins CDs playing while I take my enemas.

I don't listen to music during enemas, but I also don't like music during sex, as it distracts me from concentrating.

Listen rela music and place the irrigador no very high so that the water between slowly is a delight and does that the enema last long. It is wonderful

I really enjoy classical music.

My wife makes the music choice when she is about to give me an enema. She likes Andreus Bocelli, James Taylor and, at times, various female artists I'm not all that familiar with, but also very good selections for the enema.

Music is very relaxing whilst lying down taking an enema. Listening to the older tunes can also evoke nostalgic memories of enemas from times gone by!!
