Demeanor of Doc for women
Do you prefer the Gentle But Firm Doc, or the Stern, perhaps cruel Doc? (NiceDoc or EvilDoc?)

In real life: firm.
In fantasies: gentle, firm or strict, depending on the fantasy.

I like the stern play doc as well. Being spread in the stirrups os such a helpless feeling to begin with, add in the stern doc and I am so ready for him to touch me.

Stern but professional with a glint in their eye.

gentle in real life. gentle yet stern, "it's for your own good, i won't put up with your bratiness" kind of doctor in play.

always gentle, as I like to be treated like a scared little kid.

I definitely like stern. I like a doctor who lets me know that he's in charge of my exam. FIRMLY spreading my buttocks to insert a rectal thermometer or to insert an anuscope really makes me wet.

gentle in real life - someone who is thorough, practical, straight forward, really listens and cares.
In my fantasies, what day is it? :) The medical setting is a given, but the scenario runs anywhere from a slow and methodical exam, leaving a very happy and relaxed patient to a stern, forceful and sometimes painful(it hurts so good)experience.

These definitions carry emotional weight from past experiences. Gentle and firm would be the words I would use Z(though that wasn't a poll choice). I believe that a doc has to be firm or patients would simply refuse procedures that are embarrassing or uncomfortable, but the gentle, reassuring touch makes it bearable for them.

I agree with flyfisher -- kind and stern aren't mutually exclusive. I would never want to experience genuine, surprising pain (a little expected pain when forewarned is different).
Stern, as in brooking no disagreement, is also a desirable trait. It's a little difficult to describe accurately. Maybe something like a caring principal? Someone who's there to administer discipline as required, but you can see the smile crinkles around his eyes?

I like stern sometimes during play, but never during the real thing. I like it to go by fast and the fewer words the better.

Along with Vicki, I like a doc who will be unbending - someone who will not hesitate to tell me what's best for me, or what I should do, or whatever he wants ... someone who is dominant - but definitely not cruel ... in fact, I like someone who is kind, and I don't think kind and stern are mutually exclusive.

In fantasies I love that stern authority figure that you're almost afraid to disagree with, but in real life, I like a gentle doctor who takes their time and seems to genuinely care. It really depends on alot of things, but some days I need that doctor with a caring ear, and others I need the one that doesn't care about modesty or embarrassment. It's fun to switch things around because, play is obviously something that you can't or wouldn't do in real life.

Stern is good for me for both real and fantasies. I don't want any real pain or cruel treatment in either but a stern hand and manner that produces some uncertainty enhances the anticipation and excitement.

This comes as a result of a topic on the Board, in which several of the ladies expressed very strong fantasies about an EvilDoc rather than a NiceDoc. I think everyone would like to know which reality would turn you on more. I always thought an EvilDoc would scare the patients away; now I find it's a major fantasy, but is it something you really want when the exam is done??. So tell us!
