Well, my favorite part by far is the genital exam. However, that said, I really enjoy when my doctor (female) examines my neck and thyroid. I think this may be unique to this doctor, because I never really enjoyed it with anyone else.

She stands behind me and sort of cradles my head and neck with her hands as she's doing the exam. Hard to explain, but ask your significant other to do this, it is a very warm, reassuring feeling.
