Mima57 - I'm a mature male playdoc who has carried out a significant number of top to toe examinations in my time. I have an insistence that the examination, which follows a check list based upon what the patient tells me in extended chat sessions, is carried out as far as possible to mimic the reality.
In chat, may women reveal that they are eroticised in the real exam situation, that they are afraid the doctor will notice and maybe comment and that they longed to say something but because of the professional relationship dared not do so.
As a consequence they either look forward to, or dread, the next obgyno visit and are seeking the same eroticism with the possibility of discussing their state of arousal with the playdoc and maybe continuing stimulation to a natural conclusion.
Thus the examinations I do are conducted without comment and without deliberate or overt stimulation though it is almost invariably obvious that there is arousal. The final part of the check list, which the patient has prior sight of, is an 'on request' section referring to 'extended tests' and the patient is 'given leave' to ask about these by the simple statement that the 'examination is finished now, unless there is anything else you want to ask'.
With regard to Mima57's prediliction to continue the meeting into a full sexual experience with the doctor I do not find it to be a very frequent phenomenom that intercourse is offered, though a little moreso with what I term to be 'reverse touching'. I will concede that it has happened with me on a couple of occasions but I never actively suggest or seek such favours and the lady concerned has to be very 'direct' in order that I do not misinterpret and offend her, even when such suggestions or offers have been made in the chatting sessions.
Finally (and I am not suggesting this applies to Mima57 or any other lady) the playdoc has to have regard to the possibility that a lady may regret later what has transpired albeit that it happened consensually. Such an outcome would be devastating for both parties.
