After getting up with a headache (hate it when that happens) I decided right away that a date with my enema gear was exactly what I needed. It had been a couple of weeks since my last enema series and sometimes the ol' body tells you what it needs!
Mine needed a thorough cleansing.
Enema number one consisted of 2.5 quarts of warm soapsuds courtesy of some J & J baby shampoo. I hadn't used baby shampoo in a looong time and picked up a bottle when I was in the neighborhood Walgreens last week. I had forgotten how prolific the suds were as they cascaded over the side of my black latex bag. My silicone tulip nozzle delivered the enema slowly into my rectum. I held the enema for about 15 minutes as several waves of mild cramps came and went. Needless to say, the results were very positive.
Enema number two was a simple saline rinse given with my KGL-1 silicone nozzle fully inserted. What I love about that nozzle is it helps doing Kegal exercises while holding the enema. Plus, it rubs my G-spot which makes me continue my exercises!! After expelling this enema, I was feeling so much better and my headache was subsiding quickly.
Now, it was time for some fun!
It was too cold for hubby to play golf this morning, so he was sitting in the sunroom while I was in our master bath. So I called him for some assistance. When he saw me lying on my nest of warm towels with a full enema bag and the Model B nozzle on this business end of the hose, I didn't have to say anything more. With a gleam in his eye, he grabbed the jar of lube and liberally applied it to the nozzle and to my anxious anus.
I will leave it to your imagination as to what transpired. But suffice it to say, we both had a good time in the hours that followed!
Viva le enema!
Have fun and play safe!
