Last Monday (I know it is Saturday. Just been too tired to write much as I recovered from whatever this cruddy illness is). A enema in three series: A salt/bicarb solution initial cleaning, a second, very soapy SSE with solution where the soap had been in the dissolving container since Saturday night in anticipation of this session, and a salt/bicarb rinse.
I used a long, 1-inch tube (CT75fr tube). I was able to snake the tube past and through all the fecal material all the way up to the splenic flexure with a little help from the enema solution and some lube. I couldn't make that turn initially. I opened the valve a bit and felt the solution flowing both ways; across the transverse and down the descending colon. With about a liter in, I began to advance the tube around that turn and into the transverse colon. Once I had taken about two liters in, I advance the tube to its its maximum distance, inserted the retention ball, and turned on my right side to keep the solution moving towards the ascending colon both by gravity and massage. After about 10 minutes total flow time, I heard the bag "burble" indicating that ~4.3 liters had flowed in. I carefully got myself up to examine how much belly bulge I had created.
I forgot to close the valve and there was some backflow up the tube back towards the bag. I was full, but not uncomfortable. I quickly mixed up another warm liter of salt/bicarb solution and poured it in the bag. I figured that I'd be able to take a little more and that small amount would flush the tube. I remained standing as I opened the valve. All of it flowed in. As the last of it flowed to the bottom of the bag, I closed the valve. This matched the most volume I had taken on recently but I still wasn't at the uncomfortably full limit. I mixed up a very warm 1.8 liters and poured it into the bag. I figured there was no way I'd take that volume but at least I wouldn't be mixing anymore solution.
I continued standing and opened the valve. Because the water was so much warmer than the solution that was already in me, I could tell that it was flowing in approximately halfway across my transverse colon. I continued to message my abdomen to move the solution internally. I was right, I wasn't going to be able to take all of this solution and with about a liter left in the bag, I cut the flow off. I felt full and warm everywhere. I could have left the tube and the retention ball in place but in the current configuration, that constrained me to the bag. It was time to pull the tube and insert the plug, if I could.
I positioned myself on the toilet bowl in a way to allow my legs to be up to slowly extract the tube from my ass yey be in a position to capture a "blowout." It can be a real rush to feel the tube come racing out with all the solution, but this time I wanted to hold it in if I could. I opened the valve once again, slowly popped the retention bulb past the anal sphincter muscles and very gradually, inch by by inch, extracted the tube. As the tube came out, the enema solution flowed in to replace the volume formerly occupied by the silicone tube. I finally reached the last two inches where I had drilled some holes in the tube to allow some flow to occur if the main opening was blocked. The solution came flowing out of those holes and I closed the valve. I dropped the tube assembly into the tub. The solution was holding but I could tell that without assistance, it wouldn't be long before I would have no control over it. My Vixen plug was already lubed and ready and it slipped in easily with very little leakage. I gave the inflation bulb five quick squeezes to begin the initial seating/sealing process. With a little twist, it found its position and I gradually inflated the plug. Because I did this relatively slowly, the enema solution was pushed back up into all areas of my colon and very little leaked out through the "stem" that was being held by anal sphincter muscles. It was a very interesting sensation.
Now free of the enema bag, I could move around, take pictures, etc. I had weighed myself prior to starting this enema session (both with and without the plug, it adds 0.6 pounds to my weight). I stepped onto the scale. When the number came up (it reads in 0.2 lb increments), I couldn't believe it. I stepped off, allowed it to clear the reading and stepped on it again. I got the same reading. I had an increase of 13.8 pounds. Subtracting out the mass of the plug and an approximate mass for the salt and bicarb (I didn't pre-weigh them), comes up with a water mass that corresponds to just under 6 liters. The peristaltic waves were starting and I let the first batch pass.
With the combination of all this internal pressure and the inflated plug, I got incredibly aroused. I wasn't going to let a good erection go to waste and I got down on my knees to start bringing myself to orgasm. Although I had a towel under me, after a couple of minutes, I thought better of that because I was so full and hadn't expelled anything thus far. I sat back down on the toilet and worked towards orgasm. I slowly deflated the plug and relied upon my muscles to hold the enema solution. I finally passed the point of no return after after the first strong orgasm contractions, the other muscles just let go and I had a long continuous expulsion. The volume and rate of expulsion was...wonderful... in the immediate moments after my orgasm. Everything had softened or dissolved nicely in my colon as I had held some quantity of solution for more than 30 minutes. After several more long expulsion waves, I had eliminated nearly all but about 2 liters from my colon. I massaged as much as I could out of my colon.
I switched to a longer tube for the second fill and flush with salt and bicarb, but was only able to get that tube inserted up to the hepatic flexure. I only took the single bag and without the help of a retention ball, the solution wanted to leak out. I drained my colon. No large solids but still not clear either.
I switched to a larger diameter tube (1.6 inches) and poured in my 2 liters of premixed soap solution. Using a new bar of soap, I brought the volume up to 4.3 liters by mixing the new solution with hot water. I also added the requisite amount of salt. This brought the temperature up to the desired level in the bag. I had a nice milky looking solution in the bag. With the larger diameter tube, I expected the tube to seal the descending colon from the initial filling of the transverse and ascending colon. Based upon my previous experience with a strong soapy solution, I didn't expect to hold any quantity for more than about five minutes. And I knew I wasn't empty of liquid, either.
I inserted the tube up to the splenic flexure and opened the valve. I could tell I was being filled but given the translucent nature of the bag and the solution, I could not see the level in the bag from floor level. I heard the bag empty, closed the valve and slowly withdrew the tube. My Vixen plug was ready and I inserted and inflated it. Yes, the initial waves were pretty strong and the urge to pull the plug was also pretty strong, but I persisted as each waves passed and I felt the soapy solution flow back up into my colon. They gradually diminished in intensity as I massaged the solution through my abdomen and walked around plugged. I had gotten past 10 minutes of holding time, then 15 (which was a total surprise). After 15 minutes the waves were getting stronger again, like they were initially. I kept the plug fully inflated more than usual because the soapy solution was really slippery. At 18 minutes, I told myself to hold on to 20. The last minute was intense. After I reached 20 minutes and a wave passed, I released the inflation valve, allowed the plug to deflate and to be expelled with the next wave. I discharged a frothy mix.
No second SSE. I went to a salt/bicarb rinse (two bags) and by the second bag, things were definitely looking clean, clear and with little residual soap. I settled back into bed to further my recovery feeling relaxed and cleaned, still amazed at the very first filling. I ended at nearly the weight where I started, so there was some residual water left inside me or some water uptake. However, I didn't spend the evening emptying my bladder. I drifted off to sleep, totally relaxed.
In the evening, I was feeling better and knew I was over the worst of this illness. I stayed home from work on Tuesday because I was still tired and I continued to have some muscle soreness that had persisted since I became ill. I'm finally recovered and ready to resume my life. Not sure when my next enema will be, but this was one to remember.
