I’m using enemas pretty regularly, and they’re definitely helping with my IBS-C which is very good news. I don’t hate them, and my technique has improved significantly, but they’re still sort of neutral. No erection, no immediate desire to go out and do something sexual. I figure that if I’m going to be using them long-term I might as well enjoy them, right?
My wife and I did some anal play on me a while ago and I liked it, so I know enjoying enemas is a possibility, but between the IBS and some prostate/pelvic issues I think I sort of “turned that off” and need to get it turned on again. I’m looking for tips from the community to make them more fun.
I’m sure having my wife give me my enemas would help, but for now that isn’t in the cards. I don’t think she’s interested or able at this point. Other ideas I had that may help are:
Go slower – I’m a bit rushed now, trying to get two in and out in about 40 minutes. Slow sessions are probably not in the cards every time, but perhaps every now and then.
Related to #1 – spend more time lubing up. Now it’s pretty much smear some on, position the hose, deep breath and slide it in. I imagine a long, slow lube up would help.
Last – possibly try masturbating at some point, but not sure when to start. During the injection, retention and expulsion there is often something other than sex taking my attention, and my penis gets more use as a conveniently placed soft and warm grip rag.
Any tips for what Zity readers use/used to make enemas more pleasurable, especially at the beginning?
