Much is said about the Golden Age, but here is a thought. How could the benefits and the pleasures of the enema be brought back center stage? If a community like this had to spread the word, could there be any success? Remove some of the taboo or distaste from the topic perhaps by talking to acquaintances or friends about the benefits, health or otherwise of the simple enema?
Perhaps a start could be made by leaving your equipment where friends could see it, and then discussing th topic if it is raised? What about gently steering the subject matter under discussion to constipation problems ( this may be easier for women rather than men ?), and then explaining this simplest and most direct of all treatments?
I think there are still a very large number of people who rely on an enema from time to time - I am amazed by the prominence and number of disposables that I see in stores when I visit the USA. They must be there for a reason - people buy them. Perhaps the real golden age was when we did not live in a disposable world, and a syringe once bought could be relied upon for a lifetime of service - for the whole family!
Any views or ideas. on the topic?
