To CJ's question, some trans guys are pretty okay with having female parts, even if they present themselves as men, have chest surgery, and generally think of themselves as masculine in every other way. It really depends on the person and what their level of comfort is. Personally, I'm not particularly bothered by having female parts -- sure, I wish I didn't, but I just kind of accept that that's the reality and it's not going to change unless I have a very expensive and somewhat risky surgery. For me, it was a much bigger deal to start taking testosterone and have my breasts removed. But, the thought of a play (or real) gyno exam is absolutely horrifying. Other people, like one of the previous commenters, would be into that. It just depends on how much people are willing or able to embrace that aspect of themselves.
