Both, as a child growing up I needed to wear diapers/nappies well past the normal age of most other children, I had bed wetting issues until I was 7-8, and this was so embarrassing at first.
However prior to that point in my life I had discovered that I actually enjoyed wearing them, although I didn't have much of a say in the matter as I had to wear diapers.
And although I stopped regularly wearing diapers 24/7 from the age of 5 and a half I wore them at night and on the odd occasion during the day in-case of accidents.
Later on when I was 30 in 2010 I started having problems with uriany incontinence and ended up seeing the urologists at the local hospital although they did some tests to find out what was the cause of the problem they found nothing wrong other than I had a over active bladder.
I was prescribed by my doctor with tablets to help although I was allergic to them so I stopped taking the meds and reverted back rather reluctantly to wearing diapers/nappies and I haven't looked back since,
although I do not normally need to wear them I choose to do this because I don't want an embarrassing accident because of the on and off problems I have from time to time
and I admit that I kind of like wearing them as it reminds me of my childhood years when everything was more simple and innocent.
At the time of writing this response I am wearing a pair of Caress Basic XL adult sized diapers and I am enjoying my down time while I am on holiday abroud.
Hopefully this will help awnser your questions
