My doctors and nurses know so well, that they even allow me to wear them all the time. They accept me bing diapered and wearing nothing but diapers. Which is why my doctors are comfortable with me being diaper dependent and diaper 24/7

Some of the carers I use know but they probably believe it’s because I need them, which I don’t, rather than it being a kink.

I was going to ask them to take some pictures of me wearing my diaper but that might have been a bit awkward

I've been in a couple relationships that I've been open about my pee and diaper fetishes. I've also been caught wearing a diaper twice... once was my brother and I almost died from embarrassment.

My family friends doctor's caregivers and anybody.who asks, I do not hide it lie about my medical conditio there is no shame in needing diapers

You only need to meet someone once who needs them but will not use them to get a perspective of I don't care who.knows!

When I was AB in my twenties only my daddy's friends.

I just started diapers again now and I'm wondering who I should tell and who not to tell.

I do have 2 people who do actually know. One woman, Daniella, and another friend Will. Everyone else are others on line.

My mom, step dad, uncle, sister, wife (also ABDL), ex-wife (was ok with it at first, but not much after we married), my 13 year old dauggter I'm pretty sure, numerous ex-girlfriends, best friend of 21 years (also very kinky, but diapers aren't his thing), a good friend from college (also kinky, has tried diapers and likes them okay) and his wife, 15+ ABDL friends IRL, and the kinky peoples I've met through the years. So, quite a few. 😁 I don't associate myself with too many vanilla people, most of my friends IRL are ABDL.

My mother knows, family, friends my doctors know and my Nurses know. My family knows I am incontinent, diaper dependent and adult baby. They know I am diapered all the time and many times at home, they know I am always in a diaper and a t-shirt or onesie on. It's why they know I am an adult baby and not an adult.

My partner knows and will put a diaper on me and plastic pants, usually after she has pushed something up my bum to make me fill the diaper !

Until 14 years ago no one, I was a loner in the closet DL except for my friends on the web. When I was 60 I had prostate cancer and had it removed. I have been mildly incontinent since and can wear my diapers 24/7 and openly. So my wife, kids and close friends all know how so at least something good came from my cancer.

Only you people here know it, but once at a party, I forgot to close the door to my bedroom. When I saw a couple of women in there touching my bunk bed with the plastic protector over the mattress, I got pretty nasty and told them to get lost. No one ever called me on it later

The only people who know about my diapers are, people within the community I've met whom I have told , as well as DDs I'm with obviously. No one in my vanilla friends know. One friend from high school knows I am an lg, but does not know I enjoy wearing.

Everyone in my family know I wear diapers and rubber pants, my wife, our daughter, my MIL, my SIL, my sisters, and some close friends. Before I met my wife ten years ago very few knew I liked to wear diapers. A few girls I dated and told about my fetish, two ladies who gave me massages, and some random people I ran into over the years trying to buy either diapers or plastic pants at medical supply stores or who discovered diapers in my home.

I told one of my sibllings a year ago, and it is quite libarating. Now I can tell them when I go to meetings or cons like it the most common thing in the world, and get questions out of interest. To talk about this thing with someone so close, and this open about something that has been so important, but closeted all my life is just healing to me. When I was a teenager my siblings were 15-17 years younger, so I was an adolecent when they were in diapers. I used to steal their diapers in those days, and when I told this little secret I got a big laugh. The reaction when I came out was not something I ever thought of being a possibility. The first reaction was: “Oh wow, that’s interesting”.

I felt blessed with that reaction and felt very free to be open about it.

My mom and my sister know along with a couple of ex girlfriends. I guess I should mention a friend from when I was around 10 years old as well. My mom, sister, and one of my exes are okay with it. I'm not sure where my old friend is on it if he even remembers. I haven't seen him in years.

Nobody in my family knows of my diapers. I have told many ex girlfriends. I always feel like I need to bring into the relationship early on. I am always afraid that if they would be here at my place, something may be seen! Such as, a pair of rubber pants, or a pacifier, or baby powder!!

My Mother found my plastic pants and insert in my laundry when I was first married and my wife and I didn’t have any laundry facilities at our apartment. She never said anything. My wife has known and has participated diapering me on occasion as well as giving me a couple of enemas. She doesn’t understand my interest but is indifferent to my play.

I think I knew I had a diaper fetish as early as 12, that being the first time I ejaculated after my mom cleaned, powdered and pinned diapers on me for bedtime. Of course I had no idea at the time what a fetish was. In fact I didn't know the word “ejaculation” either. All I knew is it sure felt great, thought it had to do with diapers, or my mom diapering me, and couldn't wait for the next night when she diapered me again. Just figure that after hiding my diapers for so long, I want as many people to know as are comfortable knowing.

I'm DL only. The people that knows I wear diapers are: my ex-boyfriends, the maid, my urologist, the janitor of my building, a coworker, two close friends, some friends I've lost contact (but they've worn diapers with me just for fun, sadly they didn't become DLs too) and my mom found my stash last year, I think she told my dad.

Some of the people above know I became a DL in 2009, but others only know I need for medical reasons (after 2020). When you need to wear 24/7, some people close to you will know one way or another, I mean, you tell them because you need support or people discover by themselves and you have to admit that you need diapers.

This is a very long running thread, and with good reason. We all live with our fetish , usually alone, even if we are in relationships. As I write this , I am sitting here in my new diaper wrap, thinking how comfortable it is, stuffed with three cloth diapers. As good as it feels, I do wish I could share it with others, but most people would not understand. Sometimes I tempt fate and see if others will notice , but it hasn't happened I'm a long time, and that, unfortunately, is probably for the best. This can be such a lonely fetish!

I am 52 this year and I still live with my parent not out of Choice but out of my status in the family.

I function in an adult world slightly different than most I hold a job i love but I didn’t write a job Application or have a proper interview.

I hold the same status as any other toddler in the family does with some exceptions.

One I am treated like any other toddler inside the house and at extended family gatherings

Two diapers can be checked by anyone who is out of them but changed by an adult.

Three diapers are to be noticed under clothing or on show at all times.

Four diapers are to be used for the purpose of them .

Five no touching the diaper.

Six bedtime and naps are to be taken when any other toddler or baby has them.

Seven dress codes are school clothes (later adult clothes) are to be removed in the hallway with in ten minutes of entertaining a house.

8 eating adult food and drinks is a privilege and can be taken away from you for baby meals.

9 useing toddlers silverware and plates are too be used also drinks are from a bottle not a glass

10 a bib must be used for all meals.

11 once in bed no getting out for anything apart from fire

12 toddlers tv only

13 if u don’t think a toddler is sleeping in that room it’s not your room

Good question. Well, definitely my wife. I told her about my fetish need for nappies quite early on. She even helped to make my first adult sized cloth nappy and plastic pants.

My kids have grown up knowing Dad wears nappies every night. Nothing unusual for them. They are adults now, out of the house and I think they understand it is more of a fetish than need now.

Definitely the maid, and the various maids we had before. The latest maid packs my nappies and plastic pants away if they were hanging to dry outside. She even gave washing tips to get whiter nappies.

Various close friends know, but through my wife. They don't say anything and have seen my nappies many times in the laundry basket or on the line. My babygro's and bibs also hang on the line now to dry.

This means the neighbours also know. They see all these adult sized baby clothes hanging on the line. Three neighbours have direct view. My direct neighbour has greeted me and chatted many times while I was hanging up the washing. Nothing has ever been asked or said about it.

I used to do the IT for a local mistress and for payment she would let her girls put me in a nappy and then I'll do the IT work needed. It was so rewarding and free to walk around in a nappy chatting to the various girls over the years. She unfortunately retired now.... I was in the background of a film shoot for BBC Sin City when they did an adult baby episode, but I was not filmed that day.

I've met many adult babies over the years and had coffee with many.

Got a new photographer for taking photos if the products I make and she is totally into Adult Baby photoshoots. She just wants to photograph me all the time... early but interesting days. I can't wait to see what happens...

My sister and one best friend don't know. My best friend will not Handel it well I think. My other good friend stumbled on my forgotten nappy, plastic pants and babygro in the bathroom floor. Hasn't said anything, but he and his wife once took a walk to the washing line once when they thought I didn't see them. They were looking at all the baby items, touching them and smiling. Nothing has ever been said about that...

Bottom line, most people are tolerant about other people's fetishes and kinks. They don't care... don't worry too much about it.

Best thing was telling my wife when we first started dating. 30 years later I'm wearing a nappy to bed every night and.oyr relationship has never been better. I love her to the moon and back! She doesn't participate but is tolerant about it, as long as I clean up and pack away my stuff.

I told an assortment of people. I was caught by my parents, so they knew. I told maybe 6-8 friends, several therapists, and my wife. I would say fully half of those that I told think it's awful and insane. But some of the others are okay with it, or even very supoortive. In hindsight, I wish I would not have told so many. But I am glad I told my wife early on.
