Stress relief anger management spanking

Well, I thought I was some kind of perv until I started reading spanking pages recently. So for any other "sufferers" who just wish they could be given a good paddling, here's one contribution: suggest this to any woman who wants to get rid of some anger or frustration like this: - using a light red or purple felt or gel pen, get her to draw a picture of or write the name of whoever is infuriating her along the softest part of your bottom (below the cocsis but avoiding the leg). Then, using a light, narrow paddle, pget her to rapidly spank your bare butt until it's red enough to obliterate the picture or name of the offending person. Stress relief for her, if not exactly pain relief for your bum! (You might even enjoy it if you can hold off coming until the last few whacks.)

I for one find relief from anger and stress from being spanked by someone who is calm and sympathetic but does it for my own good. I would not let alone who is enraged or not in control of their emotions near my booty. This is how abuse can start and that is serious.

My spanking stress / anger relief is a do it to myself project. It takes place in a locked bathroom in my local hospital after I have exercised for cardiac rehab.

After locking the door, I take my pants and undies down to my knees. I will wet my hands and rub them on my bare bottom and then proceed to spank them dry which takes about one hundred medium to hard hand spanks. I repeat this process till I reach five hundred spanks and my bare hiney is bright red and I feel the stress leave me.

Needless to say the ride home in my car is a challenge with me squirming and feeling the heat. All I know is. It works for me.
