So I've read all around the place of different recipes that claim to be the best for no cramps and others that say said recipes cause cramping. So I am wondering what the ABSOLUTE best recipe for the most minimized cramping is. Yes I know how the cramping works and yes I know it's impossible to stop-and that you wouldn't want no cramps, but I love getting a distended belly and I want to be able to enjoy it without having to brace every 5 seconds.
So the main recipe that is a good one for sure is one tsp of non-iodized sea salt in each 1000 ml of warm (body temp or a degree or two warmer) water. This always works well for me and is most comfortable.
Now, I've heard around that you can use baking soda, but some people say it can make you cramp up more and other say it's relaxing.
What about something like chamomile tea? Would it help calm the insides or just cause more cramping due to the herbs?
Anything about (oral) Aloe Vera solutions?
Does a double balloon catheter help stop the cramping, inadvertently cause more, or does it not have an effect and just helps seals the anus?
(Bonus points if you know how to seal the intake for the double balloon as nothing connects well enough to it).
Please pitch in everyone to what you think is the best. It's rather a pain to try and go through each sub forum to find the best method!
