OK, so you don't feel neglected, š my husband and I both luckily like the same type of bed. A VERY FIRM inner spring mattress is the best. We positively can't stand the Tempur Pedic memory foam beds because you sleep in a hole made by your body and you can't move around easily. The other HORRIBLE bed is the sleep number type. It's a freaking air mattress, costs ten times what it's worth and because it is so light weight, it moves around the room while you have sex on it, at least with jatoba floors it slides across the room. We had that for the trial period and sent it back. The tempur pedic beds are horrible to have sex in also. There is NO BOUNCE, no recoil to the thrusting. YUCK. Finally, in desperation we got a custom made Charles Beckley bed made to our specifications.
For sheets, I prefer the cotton poly blends because they are cool, wash and dry easily and are very smooth. Sometimes for a romantic treat, I take out the satin sheets.
For pillows, we really like the buckwheat hulls. Those pillows give great support, are fantastic for placing under my butt for a good hard fucking and are moldable on the fly with good support to adjust the thickness and shape around your face and nose so you don't smother in the pillow. Soft pillows suck. Feather pillows suck. Down pillows suck. Fiber filled pillows suck. The "My Pillow" sucks. We got them to try and sent them back. They AREN'T firm and they do NOT support. Their commercial is a lie and a fake. Anyway, the buckwheat hull pillows are wonderful, but you can't have a pillow fight with them. The king sized pillow weighs in at 15 Pounds and if you do have a pillow fight with them and give a really hard hit and tear open the pillow, you will have 15 pounds of buckwheat hulls to sweep and vacuum up from your room! We have four of them on our bed plus two twin size pillows for propping up against the headboard to watch TV.
Blankets should be light to moderate weight. We like it on the cool side. Nothing heavy, my husband's body is a radiator.
Did I give a good answer?
