On what occasion have you watched for the first time a male getting a hard-on during an enema ?

What was your first sensation ? Curiosity ? Embarrassment ? Arousal ?

From a first-person perspective, I only remember my mother giving me two enemas. The first one was around age six and the second several years later, but I cannot pin down my age at the time of the second one. As far as I can remember, there was no erotic response at all from the first one. Though I do not actually recall getting an erection during the second one, I clearly remember being conscious of my penis and the sensation of my penis pressing against the floor as I lay face-down on a bath mat on the floor. I feel sure I had some degree of tumescence, but I do not recall having a real hard-on.

Probably when I gave my then boyfriend, now husband an enema right before we got engaged.We had discussed marriage, but he hadn't formally "popped the question" I knew it was only a matter of time before the discussion turned serious, so I wanted to have an answer thought through.

I gave him an enema more to test his reaction than any other reason. It was also my first time giving an enema to another person. I had only self administered before that!!

My experience pretty much tracks along with LisaK. My initiation into the male physiological response to an enema came during the second year of our marriage. My hubby is not into enemas at all. While he knows of my indulgence, he is yet to connect the dots...but that's another story for another day.

For the purposes of this discussion, he had been traveling on business for two straight weeks and came home with a major case of constipation. I offered to give him an enema which he refused off hand. After an attempt with an oral laxative which served only to stir things up and make him more miserable, he finally relented and submitted to the bag. As he lay on the floor while I was lubricating his anus, he would occasionally groan as I poked at his rosebud....which made me want to do it more! For this enema I used my douche nozzle which was easier to clean, plus it would stay in place. Once about half the enema solution had been injected, I had him roll over on his back. Then, to my delight, I saw a nice erection. Needless to say after the enema session he felt much better and we had a wonderful afternoon!

My husband Marvin was a Klismo before we ever married so he achieved an erection during the first enema I ever gave him. In fact he erected watching me prepare his enema. he has had an erection for every enema since then which also benefits me in several ways. Although whenever he is very ill, a high fever, etc. there is no erection reaction and he just stoically takes it, thanking me afterward for helping him feel better.

If I'm giving him more than one "pleasure" enema the same day I need to space them out to the point where he has recovered and is able to rise to the occasion again. The first occasion I saw a male getting an enema - it was a WOW moment for me, in so many ways, the whole enema thing was very new to me, and I was just trying to wrap my mind around it. I was so nervous myself - aroused, and the whole thing of having an enema with a man, a friend, was really almost overwhelming. It was the first time - first time we had enemas together, and it took me awhile to allow myself to actually look at Him and I saw He had an erection. I think - all three, curiosity, embarassment, and arousal all applied. Enemas were new to me - enemas with a friend, a man, in the same room, was mind blowing.

In short - WOW is what I was feeling.

So deb, if your husband hasn't yet connected the dots, you haven't connected them for him and shown him the advantages of filling you up and seeing the fireworks happen? Or he just hasn't figured out the enema-erection connection?

Mmh. I tend to get quite excited when my wife handles my rear end, or simply at the perspective of showing her my rear end and getting it handled.

The erection tends to subside during the actual enema though, especially when the urge to go kicks in.

In college in the '60's I worked part-time at a hospital and gave probably a hundred or more enemas to males, but never saw an erection. It was not until I gave one in a sexual situation that I saw a raging erection.

I have really not seen enema-caused erections.

I gave my now-husband a round of enemas when we were engaged just to test his reaction, and see if it was going to cause an issue in our marriage.

That was the ONLY time I have so far given an enema to ANYONE else.

I didn't see any meaningful erection in that session. I have learned since that a partial erection can occur, where it does not dome all the way up but still enlarges a little That's exactly what happened.

We can only go where life leads us.

Neither of my twin daughters has needed an enema or suppository so far. They have now reached school age.

My brother and I were subjected to regular enemas during our childhood and we always had them together. I suspect my older sister liked to get a rise out of me when we were younger. Our teasing was quite unmerciful. I likely didn't understand about such things until a bit older.

When I worked in radiology, it was common for men to get an erection when I gave them a barium enema. About 2 in 5 men would experience this. Usually they can't help it. The balloon tip nozzles we used were pretty big. Typically when I "tipped" a male patient, I'd insert the nozzle 3"-4" up his rectum, slightly in the direction toward his navel. I'd slowly inflate the balloon tip and withdraw the nozzle until the balloon was resting within the internal sphincter. This is about 2" or so inside the anal canal, directly next to his prostate. It's an involuntary occurrence for men to get an erection when their prostate is stimulated, or when pressure is applied. Most of the time they're embarrassed and mortified when it happens. He'll already be upset and humiliated that you just saw his butthole and penetrated him. As a rad-tech, you're going to see a lot of nudity.....genital exposure.....performing barium enemas because the gowns they're wearing aren't the best at covering things up. I just pretend like it's no big deal, because it really isn't.
