Northshore has great customer service, and I've tried the Northshore MegaMa twice, found them to be very impressive, but they have some major (for me) drawbacks.
Due to their size, even the correct size for a waist sags a lot when dry. For anyone who prefers a snug crotch fit, this might not be a good choice.
Again, due to size as well as absorbency, the weight of a half full MM will drag the diaper down the legs. Wearing plastic pants or even snug underpants to prevent this squeezes the gel which frequently forces any collect urine past the leg guards and it leaks into any pants being worn.
The adhesive tabs are not resealable after a few seconds, so the diaper had better be closed/sealed right the first time. The adhesive is very aggressive and does not give way even during extended wear (12 hours or more). The plastic landing strip for the tabs is a great idea, but it just doesn't work.
At more than $3.50 (USD) per diaper plus shipping, the cost is just too high by a considerable margin. Considering the drawbacks, if this diaper was priced closer to $.70 - $.80/diaper I think they'd become my go-to regular diaper rather than a disappointing trial.
