As a 40+ year klismo, I have used several nozzles...still do. From my point of view, I would say there is no such thing as the perfect nozzle. There ARE nozzles that are perfect for a specific need, such as the double balloon rectal catheter for retention. For an all-around good nozzle, I find the green flexi barium nozzle with the bulbous tip to be hard to beat. It goes in easily, stays put, and the 5 holes in the tip will deliver the enema as fast or slow as you wish. Anyone wish to share their opinions on these or other nozzles?
