LABIA -- Innie or outie?

Interesting topic.. I've had 3 vaginal births, and definitely feel my labia changed shape each time, but I'm still an 'innie' it's all tucked away inside my quite fleshy labia majora.

Don't think you ever regain your pre pregnancy shape after all the stretching of an eight pounder!

8 pounder!? Both of mine were slightly over 6 lbs each. But even at that I don't think most parts of me returned to their pre-pregnancy shapes.

Am deffo an innie, and thats after 2 natural births.... am blessed (if thats the right description to use) with having puffy outer labia which keeps everything tucked away nicely!!

I'm an outie, fairly long inner labia and prominent clitoral hood. It has never really changed from childbirth and my nipples and labia are about the same color

I am an innie and my nipples are a lighter pink than the labia. Never pregnant.

When I go surfing I'm definitely an innie from the cold. Whoops this is only for women! I'm so sorry. My bad.

I've encountered more outies than innies. A few of the outies have been quite large, textured and meaty, others smaller like petals. Some ladies have not been very symmetrical, one or two even being both innie and outie due to being longer on one side than the other.

My wife is very much an outie, her inner labia being quite long, symmetrical and slightly meaty, but they are not the very longest I have ever seen.

I have an outie and the colors are similar!

Thanks to Susie for posting the link to the library of pictures. I assumed there had to be such a reference site for women interested in plastic surgery on their labia. They've got to be able to point to a picture and tell the surgeon "I want mine to look like that.

Good links of examples yes but i don't really see me represented. Lots of innies there. The closest to me is the one that has the large clitoris and inner labia but my clit is large but not that pronounced. That example is quite large.

Interesting topic and thanks to Susie for posting the link to the library of pictures. From my experiences in the medical field, I must say I seen more "innies" and "outies" with regards to labia. I will add that sometimes during critical illness the labia do become swollen and as such" innies" may temporarily become "outies". As the patients recover and fluid is lost, the labia returns to their original state.

It's a great site that celebrates the female form, giving support to all the women that think they are weird, different, misshapen, or not normal and who might want surgery to "correct" something that isn't wrong!!

As for myself I love all sizes and shapes, but if a woman has some extra down there I think it's very sexy! It's just more for me to play with!

I am an outie for sure. I do not see an image in that gallery http://www.labialibrary.org.au/photo-gallery/# that looks totally like me but I think the closest one is the 13th. My inner labia are longer than those look though and they are the same size on both sides. I think me and all my friends I went to school with did not look much different to each other until we got to puberty and then we started to look different. When I was between about 12 and a half to 14 years old my inner labia grew a lot. When I was 14 they were about fully grown by then really and I then looked just like my mum. I never thought there was something wrong with having quite big labia and I think mine are good because they are the same size, and I do not get problems with them. My husband likes them too.

I had to check out the pictures that were kindly provided to get an idea of what was what.

I've had an outie since I can remember. They didn't change after child birth (two at home births). I always thought they were a bit "sticky outie" but had nothing to compare them with or to. It's not something I would have discussed with my Mom. Glad to know they come in so many different looks.

Hello all, new to this site and exploring the discussion boards and this grabbed my attention. I've never actually wondered about this but it caught my eye and intrigued me. Lol I'm more an innie than an outie. I think I most resemble #9 from the front and #1 on the view from below when checking out the linked gallery. Mine matches my areola, light pink. My labia did not change after childbirth at all. I actually always kinda thought mine looked weird and I too was glad to see all the different types! Thanks Amethyst for posting the gallery!

It goes without saying that the vulva is one of the most unique body parts there is.

What an interesting topic. Great to read the responses and see how open the ladies are about their appearance.

I remember those old porn movies when the labia was covered by a full bush and felt slightly cheated because I could not see the female genitals properly. Men had their lot hanging out in full view, but women seemed to hide behind a load of hair. It is now much more exposed in images and video and it is great to see how diverse each woman's labia is.

My wife has an innie, and it's a beautiful, healthy pink! Her labia majora and labia minora are small, they don't hang down at all when she's standing. Nice and bare, not a hint of stubble since she had laser hair removal done.

The girlfriend I go out with now has an outie. Don't think sex is different with an outie to an innie though. Don't prefer innies or outies over the other type. Both work for me, with the rest of the woman.

That was quite the display of female genitalia.

But, it could be done even better, if the women of Zity.biz agreed to provide a double-shot of their pudendums, after a double-shot or two. Nerves of steel and such...

I am modestly serious; we seemingly have great anonymity, so why not give it a try. A 'Labia' photo gallery could be set up, and I would assume that all submittals could be anonymous.

I cannot participate for the lack of having similar labias to the ones presented in the Labia Library, but would enjoy a local production.

My wife is an innie but once sexually stimulated she becomes an outie. I have to say I loved looking at all the variations posted in the photo links- I found myself getting aroused. I also definitely prefer a shaved bare vagina, which most of the pics showed women who were bare. I think the female genitalia is so beautiful whether innie or outie and seeing them shaved allows you to see its full beauty.

I first answered this a couple of years ago but my genitals have changed a lot since then. I’m trans and on testosterone, which had had a big impact.

I’m still mostly an innie with very little in labia but now that my clitoris has grown significantly it sometimes pokes it’s way out, so brings a bit of labia with it.

Outie, if laid back you can see my inner labia without having to spread my majora open. When standing though they aren't really visible at all. I hear apparently bigger inner labia are better for arousal etc, as they contain lots of sensitive nerve tissue.
