16 ounces glycerine, four ounces of Dr Bronner's soap (any kind), SIX Magic Bullet suppositories and two ounces of peppermint extract with three pints of water added to make about a half gallon of solution.
Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher or pot. They will not mix well in a bag, especially a closed top bag. You must mix it in a pitcher or pot before use.
Directions--follow this exactly--yes, it matters:
In one pint of water, add the six Magic Bullet bisacodyl suppositories which are available on the internet. (Use this brand because they dissolve easily and completely in hot water.) Start with very hot water or heat in a microwave to warm the water so they melt and dissolve completely. It takes a few minutes to dissolve. Then add two more pints of warm water to the pitcher bringing the solution to body temperature or slightly above. Then add the two ounces of peppermint extract and mix, then the four ounces of soap and mix, last add the 16 ounces of glycerine. MIX IN THE ORDER GIVEN, the materials mix easier this way.
Take the enema while lying on your back and vigorously massaging your abdomen. This will make sure the solution makes good contact with the walls of the colon for maximal activity of the solution. Retain a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes. You will probably need a retention nozzle for complete retention.
Be prepared for many return trips to the toilet for 12 hours after you thought you were done expelling.
You will also have the urge to push for several hours even after you feel empty.
This is not for inexperienced people. Expect some pain, stomach churning, gurgling and cramping.
You MUST try this recipe on yourself before you do it to someone else.
Have a few rinse enemas afterward if you're a pussy and want to reduce the after-effects, otherwise you can forgo the rinse.
You will both taste and smell the soap and peppermint from this enema.
I bet you can't even hold it without a double balloon rectal catheter pumped up tight!
I hope you prayed to the enema gods for mercy!
